AFC holidays from Dubai,UAE arranged this hotel for us a group . *Its a very basic hotel with small rooms that you have no space to keep your suitcase and if you are more than 6 feet tall , you have to crawl- not for family.No lifts. complementary breakfast is ok, rooms are clean. For trams you need to walk 2 km. 400 meters around the hotel there is nothing , totally silent !.A tour company if booked for a family means you are cheated/looted for money to suffer in a cell. if you don't have time to walk,get into tram and spend money to see Belgrade and come back to this hotel .Escape !

Only stayed here for 2 night but had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Wifi worked really well.awesome breakfast and drinks chocolates snacks in mini bar.easy to catch trams from the location.the main bus stop 72is just 2.5 km.sant sava church 1.5km.i recommend to ppls to stay in this hotel .

it is absolutely how they describe in booking page, no fraud or no scam... small but clean room, no place for suitcase and also no wardrobe, bathroom is big and clean but glass door couldnt fixed so leaking water into whole bathroom, no elevator in hotel... there is private car park near by, staff are really kind and helpfull, just 3-4 minutes walk to the tram station...breakfast is good, one of the satisfying one...

Disliked: - The bed was awful because it screamed on every move. Ironically the mattress was comfortable. - Very bad smell in the bathroom, coming from sewerage - Breakfast very poor and bad mannered lady at restaurant. Liked: - The room and the bathroom was big enough and it was nicely design. - The staff from reception was more then ok.
