Let me start me good things about this hotel. - Location: Fantastic, in the centre of city. Metro, shopping mall all around. - Decoration, cleanliness and Wifi: Nice mix of contemporary and traditional design. Now comes to the real issues with this hotel - No service and no reception: There is no one at reception at any point of time,...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and enjoyed our stay. This hotel is faultless and really has everything you could need for a comfortable stay in Bucharest. It is located ten minutes walk from Bucharest Old Town, where many shops and bars and restaurants are. But it is far enough away not to be noisy - it is...

Friendly Staff. Very Clean and always feel a lovely smell inside the hotel. Strange but beautiful decoration. Free WiFi and Parking. Near to unirii metro station. Very big and comfortable suites. Ask for spa and massage. Easy to order a taxi anytime. Very safe with 2 different codes (1 for the outdoor and 1 for the reception's door). Good price.

This is a good hotel for visiting the Old Town area of Bucharest. The room was large and excellent. Staff were friendly. Excellent location for Old Town. Getting into the hotel was a bit of a chore as you go into the driveway and the reception entrance is up quite a few steps, not ideal for less mobile people. When...

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, it is a little " quirky " in design but very clean and tidy, staff were very helpful. There is no bar or restuarant facilities however there are many eating / drinking places just around the corner. Food and drink is very cheap in Bucharest so not a problem...

This hotel was kind of strange but mostly good. It's got a really mod decor scheme - which mostly works in a sort of shabby chic meets Ikea kind of way. Very cool iPod sound system in room, but other things annoying. They have way too many weird air fresheners all over the place - 2 just in elevator! Lightbulbs...

We stayed two nights and had a very positive experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean and the staff all spoke fluent English. The customer service was outstanding. We had a wonderful breakfast at the hotel our second morning with eggs, ham, vegetables, and fruit. The location was in close proximity to the Shopping Mall and other shopping venues...

You arrive at Bucharest airport, go downstairs and outside; get the 783 bus right there (tickets from the booth, English spoken) and get off at the end of the line at Piata Unirii 2; on the bus there’s a constantly updating screen showing the route map and what other buses connect to your route, and destinations are written up in...

They utterly messed up our booking and handled the ensuing problems terribly. Initially they claimed all 3 of our rooms had been trashed by football hooligans, but then had also mentioned our booking so far in advance as being an issue - which just didn't add up, I suspect they'd just given our rooms to other people despite confirming our...
