My husband and I and our little dog booked to stay here as a stop over on our Croatian travels. In fact, we stayed here twice on our way in and out of Croatia. Both times we had excellent friendly service. The rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was just right to get you going for your drives ahead. And both times, we also enjoyed having a drink and a pizza in the bar on rainy evenings. The first time we stayed we had a slightly smaller double room overlooking the parking lot. The second time our room was slightly larger and overlooked the freeway, but we were not disturbed by any noise due to the good quality of the windows. That location was great to walk our little dog immediately outside the hotel on grass. All the staff spoke perfect English – and also seem to speak Croatian and Italian fluently as well. Parking was easy, and they were able to accommodate our unexpectedly early check-in without additional charge. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here just one night a few days before Christmas. The room was clean and spacious, but the level of a hotel is given by several services. At the reception we had wrong information about means of transport, the girl told us that Zagabria city center was totally closed to the tramway for the Christmas Markets but this was not true, after talking to other people we took the tram and we easily reached the city center. That day the hotel had few people as the receptionist told us, and with a lot of other free rooms she gave us a room facing the crossroads of three big roads, very noisy. The hotel offers a lounge bar but, that's incredible, despite the rules all the people were allowed to smoke. This is absurd in an international business hotel, and never happened to us in any other hotel in Croatia. Services are very low-level.

Brilliant hotel, professional staff and immensely welcoming and wonderful CEO. The rooms are first class clean, spacious and airy, the bathrooms are spacious, complete fittings for showering and spacious bath tubs of high quality, exceptional cleanlinesswhen! the spacious room is well-stocked by well-equipped hotels with 4 or more stars in Europe. This 3 star hotel has exceeded my expectations! Thanks again to everyone for your extreme kindness! The Hotel Loop deserves 4 solid stars. Because across Europe, much worse and less equipped hotels have 4 stars.
