My Two frends stayed here for a conference that took part in the City center. I visited them once in their suite. Their experience was as follows: Rude, horrible and unprofessional owner (yelled at my friend on the phone during reservation process and called her "mentally derranged") and staff (old guy at reception stank of alcohol!). The suite is huge...

The owner is nothing short of rude and a lunatic. Breakfast is bread and pate or jam with watered down cordial as juice And don't ask for service or you get shouted at. Rooms were completely messed up and got moved 3 times. Rooms are not cleaned and bathrooms are worse Would not recommend anyone to stay here

Double room for individual use. Tv, aircon, excellent wifi in room, small desk, cupboard, private bathroom. The room was in the ground floor but the big window faced a garden full of vegetation, trees and plants so in fact it was like waking up in the middle of the woods every morning and I liked that touch. Bed was confortable...

It's all about the right location at the right price. The hotel is cheap, clean, nice the rooms are a bit small but the location is just great. Just spot on the main street in Zagreb, direct walking distance to everything.

This is just a ridiculous place to sleep over. Very good location and free parking, but everything else is poor. Rooms are huge with decadent interior design. The whole hotel is actualy consist of several smaller buildings that are somehow connected. Breakfast is average at best. Stuff is helpfull and friendly.

I thought the concierge, Marco was fun. Knowledgeable. Chatty! Ready for world domination. Or at least a more international career. Room was a suite, got it for the same price as a double since it was off-season...a good thing since we had to raid the side room for light bulbs. Not terribly clean. Breakfast OK, and they charge extra. Within...

The hotel is located in the city centre, in a walking distance from the old city. Very nice staff, speaking different languages, clean. The rooms are designed a little bit funny, with round beds etc, but the hotel is a good choice

The manager is rude to guest, incompetent and unprofessional...with one word an IDIOT! Also the rooms are unclean with old and broken furniture. I am NEVER coming back there! Really the worst hotel in which I have ever been.

The hotel is a sum of contrasts: the rooms are unclean, and the meneger is a rude, overly nervous, and uncultured idiot, in whose dictionary the words "please", "thank you", and such, do not exist. It is a kitschy facility designed a bit awkwardly, but well located, with pleasant and polite reception staff, and the prices are reasonable. For detailed...

“If possible to get the room not at the corner on the hotel ground floor, as I saw one review mentioning that someone was looking into the room from outside! The corner room on the ground floor is slightly lower than ground level. Nevertheless, I got one at the corner, on the ground floor but it was totally fine during my stay.”
