Worst hotel ever in my life. I've been travelling all over the world and never had such a bad experience! The owner of the hotel is ABSOLUTE LUNATIC who is arguing with the guest, he is very rude and offendive. That man should be put in a mental institution, not work with the people, especially his guests! The hotel itself...

As title says, this hotel is inspiration for.horror movie, only this "Jack" is not possessed by evil, but by Alcohol. After Booking.com booking day before I had to argue with wasted guy how I did booked hotel, because he was drunk and didn't know how to turn on computer. Hotel itself is nice, aldo not maintained.

I took my girlfriend here... She left me the next day. Worst hotel I ever been at! False pictures, cold room, extra rude staff (an old guy with dried boogers on his sleeves). I slept on a park bench once. It was better than this.

Hotel is practically positioned in centre of Zagreb. Entering this hotel I entered 18th century and almost could hear horses and carriages passing by. Definitely touched my romantic soul with details, sculptures, mirrors, paintings and furniture. Son and I felt like royalty at breakfast which is served in little dinning room. Owner is very friendly. Our room was looking at...

The young lady working here was extremely courteous. However, I would rate the property as ragged. This was fine as I was a solo traveler who has prior military experience. I have stayed in much worse. This reminded me of a hostel stay. The hotel property is definitely worth a look. Rick Steves' described it as an interior that would...

We stayed here as the last place of 4 hotels we were in for croatia tour. The mngr is the worst. He yells a lot amd does not like americans. The room smelled. And has no restaurant or coffee shop. The location is good but you basically just get a room. I had to find the wifi sign in myself...

I see that other people concur, so I won't go into too many details. Pretentious, very kitschy look. Bare bones breakfast. Unreliable service. Heard the owner shouting curses to his employees. Not too clean. All in all, my stay wasn't horrible but do yourself a favor, pay a few euros more and enjoy your stay somewhere else.

Worst hotel ever, very very dirty, staf rude and unpolite beyond imagination, horor story. We were unable to use shower due to cleanless(will spare you the details). Price moderate, parking ok, 1km from main city square. Please see my pictures attached.
