Great hotel restaurant with vintage decoration and furniture. Excellent service, all young personnel, professional, helpful and friendly. We opted for beef tartar as appetizer to share - and it was fantastic. Ribeye that followed was unbelievably tender (mine could have been more raw but regardless) and yummy. We chose meshed potatoes and baby spinach as side dishes which were included in main dish and just butter instead of sauce. Our waiter suggested to pair it with Bonarda by Dumandzic, Chile red wine and we couldn't be happier with this choice - big thanks! For sure we will return!

Besides its excellent location and great amenities, I would like to recognize the restaurante and its employees. I specially would like to point out the amazing customer service of one of the waiters, MARCO, who made excellent dinner and drinks recommendations during our stay... He knew the menu very well and provided such a good service that made us return for dinner the next evening... Thank you Marco for making our stay more enjoyable!

We stayed a couple of nights while visiting the Christmas markets. We liked the location of the hotel, the modern/trendy vibe and décor it had, and our room was clean and comfortable. The bar area seemed popular and had a nice atmosphere, although we didn’t get round to popping in for a drink or a snack. Breakfast was complete chaos – whilst the food and drinks were fine, the service was pretty terrible! For example, on one of the mornings, we waited about 30 mins (and had to ask about 3 times) for a cup of tea, which wasn’t ideal. We didn’t use any of the other facilities but have to say that we were impressed with the left luggage arrangements – great idea to have a dedicated area for guests to use to store their bags and freshen up before their departure.

We had a great late lunch in the Reunion restaurant. The food was delicious and the service is really nice. It is wasn't crowded and we had a nice place for lunch out. Definitely, a lovely place to eat, and there is a great bar as well.

Great location within 15 walking minutes from the centre.The whole place has this retro,stylish design it is very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean,staff very friendly, excellent breakfast.Ideal stay overall.
