Great new small hotel near the business zone in Zagreb. Modernly decorated and spaceius rooms with nice bathrooms and amneties. Good breakfast offer, staff always friendly and helpfull. Neighbourhood is also nice for a walk in the afternoon, low traffic and nice shade from trees, with some good caffes and bars near by. Free parking is a great bonus.

On perfect location near many companies in Radnicka street but also near the town centre you can find this great and enjoy in better luxury then many other big name hotels in Zagreb. Hotel is extra clean, rooms are spacious and comfortable and you can even find Loccitane cosmetics in great bathroom. Breakfast is very good always with everything for good and delicious breakfast. Nothing of this is not available if it’s not supported from great staff. I can say that I know importance of good staff because of my own business but this hotel can be proud for they’re employees, good job guys!!! If you’re in Zagreb choose this place, you won’t regret it!! Tnx Livris

I have stayed here on business a few times, clean rooms, well equipped. Parking on site. Easy walk to tram stop or to the centre of Zagreb. There is a couple of bars and a few shops a short walk away, good wifi

Livris is located in the middle of a residential area. Though the area is quiet at night, it feels very safe. It's about 5 mins away by tram. Do take note that there is no visible tram stop; the tram will stop at a traffic light. We had missed the stop when looking for the hotel on our first day in Zagreb. The reception area is also not that visible. If you see a lounge area, that's the reception. Otherwise, you will go on to the next building, which is the annex. Other than these, the room is clean and spacious. And service was very good too. If you are looking for a supermarket, there is one in the nearby residential blocks, which closes at 9pm.

The hotel is close to location with business offices, which can be reached walking or via the nearby tram. Good value for the money, very good breakfast too. Minor minus is that room was very tiny and it was not in the main building, but another one in proximity. Overall, Livris is good alternative for a short business stay.
