A very comfortable hotel - an excellent mid-range option. Rooms are comfortable and large - our twin room had two double beds plus plenty of room for a chair, bedside tables and a coffee table without feeling cramped. The shower is large and the bathroom is clean. Furnishings and manchester are a good quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with lots of homemade options. I highly recommend this place (I stayed twice on the same trip). The location is great - it's very near to an underground station just a 5 minute metro ride to the city centre. Across the road is a shopping mall with dining options and a large supermarket.

A friend and I stayed here for a couple of nights and would highly recommend it. It's near the metro, a 20-30 minutes pleasant walk to the centre of town. 2 restaurants very nearby. Breakfasts were fresh and varied although with not a huge choice but we were perfectly happy with them. The staff were friendly and spoke very good English, it was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. The room was very warm but the heating could be turned down. My only criticism is that my room faced a busy road and traffic noise was audible most of the night; this may not be a problem if you're used to this.

Room Tip: A room to the back of the hotel may be quieter.

I stayed here with a friend and we found it to be clean and comfortable with staff who spoke excellent English. Close to European Union station so easy to get to from the airport. A pleasant half hour walk to city centre. Breakfast was good, not a huge choice but the freshly made to order omelette was very good. My only complaint would be it’s close proximity to a busy road so traffic noise was an issue when trying to sleep and the room was very warm even with heating turned off so opening windows not an option due to traffic noise. I would have given it a 5 rating if it had been in a quieter location.

Being at the top on trip advisor, I was expecting to find something magic ... what you would expect for a top hotel. Unfortunately this was not the case. I started to travel to Sofia for my new job and hope to find the right hotel....
