Very nice hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. Unfortunately I had a view to the city side, which wasn´t so pretty. I´ve enjoyed very comfy bed and and well equipped bathroom. Breakfasts were only average, somtimes with missing fruits and empty plates although I got up quite quickly. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is quite...

Good value for money, the rooms are nice, good furnished. The pilow was exellent, small and soft and the bed was comfortable. I had a good rest, even if it was a litle too warm during the night. But I had no bad experience with air condition, I just usually turn it off at night. The service is good, staff...

Feedback from my group, 29 pax 14-15 April 15 The hotel is quite good. lobby is nice. Hotel offer wine for welcome drink and there is shopping mall in walking distance. Night shift reception is very good and helpfully but service at hotel's restaurant for our dinner is not ok.

We called down to reception for help with this, about 10 mins later someone appeared, pressed a few buttons then said it's not working in the hotel. We then asked...

The hotel is very modern. Nice breakfast and restaurant. Quiet location, friendly and professional staff with very good command of English. Underground parking available for only 5 eur. The hotel is close to the city limit so people that need to be close to city center will have to go there by tram, bus or taxi.

The hotel is situated pretty far from the center on Bulgaria Boulevard which in case of bad weather leads to spending half an hour in a traffic jam on the way to the center. Instead you obtain a wonderful view to Vitosha mountain, nearness to which is probably more valuable for alpine skiers who plan to stay near the mountain...
