Great location 80 km from Sofia of which 50 on the freeway to Plovdiv. Staff and service is ok, staff is quite nice for the average of the country, keeping in mind this is country profound, not international sea or ski resorts or the capital. Great home cooking, clean house, quiet, clean air in mid hills of the Sredna Gora...

the rooms are budget but clean and nice, the pool and the spa is good, the pool is hot with good temperature. The restaurant is not very good, for breakfast if you want coffee or tea you have to go to the lobby and to take them to the restaurant yourself as the restaurant does not offer hot bevarages

The only good thing about this hotel is the outdoor thermal pool. Do not go to the restaurant. I felt like I'm back 50 years ago in the Comunist time. No hot drinks and the staff is rude and impolite. My friend fould some hair in his salad. The room are ok, but the service needs huge improvement

Terrible attitude from receptionist. The dirtiest pool that I have ever seen. Only the pool outside is OK. Very dirty rooms and bathrooms with lots of dust. The food in restaurant is delicious but with very angry waitress (one of them), the other is OK :). The worst hotel that I have ever been.

My first visit to this hotel was in December 2014 for 1 month. Second in December 2015 for 2 weeks. Let's start with KOSTENEC, the railway station where train from Sofia delivered me on the way to Pchelinski Bani. 'OMG! - I thought to myself,' What I let myself into!' The back of beyond, grey and untidy little place. There...

We came to this hotel, situated highly above the village Pschelin, by bike and were completely exhausted. The (new) manager of the hotel received us with the warmest welcome possible. Luggage and bikes were carried along the stairs, a friend was called in who could speak English, and everything was done to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Dinner...

This is great hotel with good rooms, nice pool and great garden. But you can find one of the worst service in Bulgaria. During an educational seminar the menu that we agreed on was changed, the soup is cold but the Soft drinks are almost hot... And if you want to order something, they are shouting to you...

Its lovely close to the nature. Not that impressive as other parts of Bulgaria, but still beautiful. The village is tiny and developing. You can see old, uninhabited houses as well as new and modern ones with outdoors pools. Old times along with modern times. I have stayed twice at the guest rooms at the back of the hotel, but...

We have spent a great time at Vitalis Spa Hotel - full relax at the outdoor and indoor pool, excellent cuisine and great service. We had a relaxing massage and plenty of spa procedures there. We have spent a really relaxing weekend at the hotel. The rooms are very well decorated and really comfortable.
