I really liked this hotel. It had been a family home and felt like it hadn't changed much since 1914. The lobby is like a comfortable sitting room. The room we had was large and comfortable, almost like a suite. The breakfast was good. It's served n a dining room that felt like it could once have been a small...

Very helpful, generous staff with nice attitude. Rooms large, comfortable sleeping, and well-heated (it had snowed outside!). But ... Tough to locate by car, but parking thankfully "reserved" in front of the hotel. 10-minute steep walk downhill to the bridge can be treacherous in wet/icy conditions. Hotel decor rather heavy, dark, and foreboding with low lighting and heating throughout the...

Hotel is well located on a quiet street. Already at the beginning you are welcome by very friendly staff. They are ready to help you with everything. Our room was very big (2 rooms), bed was comfortable and everything clean. Only a little bit dark. One night there was no water in the bathroom and brackfast could be better but...

About 5-10 minutes walk from the Catholic cathedral and the main shopping street, Ferhardija, Hotel Michele is well situated, though the walk is and and down hill. There is a mini market about two minutes walk away. Our double room was spacious, had a full bath and a table and two chairs. Once the heating in the room was turned...

This is a boutique style hotel about 10 minute uphill walk from the pedestrian zone. The concept is somewhat confused aiming for antiques and quirky furnishings and art, but at the same there were office type blinds on the window in the family apartment's bedrooms, where we stayed. It's a shame that they didn't take it all the way with...

Very nice hotel; managed by family and are very friendly. Close to city centre. Need to walk downhill to city center, and naturally upward to get back to hotel. Breakfast is ok, but it could be better. Small Buffett, eggs are on request but the cooker makes them greasy. Overall very good. I would stay in it if I come...

The Hotel Michele is a treasure in the historic part of Sarajevo. It is within easy walking distance of Old Town Sarajevo with its many shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The owner loves and collects antiques. The lobby and dining room have the elegant feel of another century. Each room contains a mix of modern and...

Well hotel is nice and clean location is good but in the end nothing special. You will need to walk up hill to get to hotel but it is still in the centre. Rooms are large but you will feel you are in an empty space when In the room. Nice, clean, OK hotel.

Hotel Michele is a great place to stay: a nice house in a small street a little bit uphill in Sarajevo. Reception is very friendly and professional. Rooms are large and evrything is very clean. Bathroom has all needed amenities. We were surpised by the great breakfast which gave all needed options. From the hotel it's just a good 10...

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and two teenage boys. The 2-bedroom family room was perfect for us. This hotel is really lovely, with a bit of quirky decor that is a perfect metaphor for Sarajevo itself: eastern influence, European sensibility. The location is just a bit off the beaten path, which is a plus because you experience...
