This hotel is in a fantastic location, directly across the street from the cruise ship pier. It is within walking distance from all of the shops and restaurants downtown, as well as the market. Rooms are very nice and modern. Food in the restaurant is wonderful. One downside is WiFi is only available in the lobby. The pool was under...

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Tahiti Nui for just one night in transit between Papatee and Moorea. We arrived late and night and the check in staff were friendly and efficient. Our suite was very nice - modern, clean and very large. The room would have been great for longer stays. However, upon signing our bill for the...

Our room was large, with a balcony overlooking the pool. Relatively quite considering the hotel is located on a major avenue only a few blocks from the Cruise Ship and Ferry Terminals. The A/C struggled to keep the room cool, but it was adequate, and the bathroom "shaver" 110/220 outlet is disconnected for safety reasons. However, the unexpected find was...

Although some people dislike the dim atmosphere of the Hotel Tahiti Nui, we find it very comforting. After all, Tahiti is in the tropics where the atmosphere is very hot and humid, the traffic is very heavy and noisy, and returning to the cool, dim atmosphere of the hotel is actually a nice respite. Our rooms were very comfortable, although...

Our room was a junior suite. It was like a mini apto. I enjoyed the layout and the room. It had a kitchen, living room and the bedroom. The views were ok and the room was nice and clean. The hotel it close to the market and to several places where to eat. The hotel also has a restaurant on...

This is the second time we have stayed at this Hotel. We were traveling with another party and stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The staff was helpful. We booked through a travel company so not sure of the prices, but breakfast was included and it was adequate. This location is walking distance to the market, the Moorea Ferry as...

Wifi was horrible; only in the lobby and very very slow. Did not eat at the hotel, heard it was very expensive for breakfast. At night the lounge was very loud on the weekends and we were on the 2nd floor.

The hotel is conveniently located with access to nearby restaurants and shops. But if you arrive at night you will have a hard time fumbling in the corridors to find your room. The corridors are dimly lit and the room numbers are placed inside the doorframe and hard to detect and read. Why is the hotel so gloomy? There is...

It is a good cheap Hotel to use as a stop over on your way to Bora Bora or Moorea. You basically get what you pay for. It is an easy walk to the Tahiti Market, the ferry terminal (where you catch the ferry to Moorea) and also to the Roulette food trucks down by the wharf.

We arrived late last night after a long flight. Front office very friendly and helpful but went downhill from there. Got out of lift and had trouble finding our room as it was so dark. Room nice enough but no air conditioning (wasn't working). Slept with balcony door open and one very loud rooster.
