Very nice hotel in Sacred Valley, great surprise after opening its doors: a beautiful garden, an outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi, wonderful lobby with a bar and billiard as well as nice music. The room we've got was very large, with a big double bed and beautiful design. The service was good and breakfast basic. Wifi was free but weak,...

Located en route to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, the HSA Urubamba is nice, with a somewhat spartan but charming appearance on a nondescript main road on the edge of town. Considering that the town is so rural, the hotel is nice. The rooms are nice enough, and the gardens and dining room are attractive in, again, a rustic...

Stayed 2 nights here before and after going to Machu Picchu. Wonderful relaxing ambience even if the hotel is right by the main highway. They prepared breakfast buffet for us as early as 4:30 am because we were off to Ollantaytambo train station by 5:00. Take the trout soup with rice and vegetables to fend off the cold night air...

We had a beautiful room and two wonderful meals here on our tour of the Sacred Valley. The only negative were the dogs barking throughout the night. The staff was very polite and helpful, the wait staff was very pleasant and the service was excellent.

We stayed here on OAT tour. Many tour groups were coming and going during our stay. Rooms are plain. No air conditioning. A dirty plate on the floor outside our room remained there for our entire two day stay. I found it interesting that the woman sweeping the floor neglected to remove the plate. Breakfast was OK, but strange, with...

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Service was friendly and good. Restaurant was good.Grounds are nice. I would stay here again. Good location in the Sacred Valley. Staying at a lower elevation helps one acclimatize to the high elevation of Cuzco.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and professional. This is a quaint little hotel with some old world charm. Room location does matter if you want a good nights rest. If you can, try to get a room closer to the back, it's quieter. The hotel is right on the main street and if your room is...

A hotel was good. I wasn't crazy about narrow beds but I understand Accommodation of more people is important. A bathroom was on bigger size, the room too. The grounds were simply beautiful. It was a swimming pool but to cold to swim. The breakfasts were very good, nice service. My favorite drink was coca tea and a strong coffee....

This is a beautiful property with excellent service. Each building had a central plaza with lovely plantings. The service was excellent with helpful staff. We had the misfortune of have lovely suite that backed the main drag. It was noisy until late at night. The lighting in the sitting room was minimal, we used the bedside lamps to be able...

Lovely hotel-very old world Spanish with courtyards and rustic comfortable lobby. A stopping place for all the areas around the Sacred Valley. Stores across the road for beer water etc..Comfortable rooms great beds. No frigs or Air Conditioning. Breakfast Included. Had a great soup in the dining room.. One complaint..I suppose because of the stone and outside walkways it can...
