My sister and I came to visit Peru prior to visiting Ecuador. We booked the Tierra Viva Valley that's in the valley to be closer to the train ride to Machupicchu. Well, on our way our luggage was lost by the airline. When we arrived, everyone was so very kind, warm and welcoming. The day before leaving Carolina had our...

This property is quite unique from regular tour group travel. Very beautiful, spread out villas with about 8 units per. Beginning with a warm sincere welcome from the family members who run the hotel everything was friendly and professional. Everything worked properly in our room. Extremely serene, peaceful setting. Happy Hour at the small quiet bar was wonderful. We were...

The hotel grounds are beautiful and feels remote. The rooms are a good size and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and was probably my best night sleep while in Peru. With that said, the hotel is removed from town so you are limited to the hotel restaurant which was subpar. The hotel restaurant was probably the worst I had...

This hotel is situated in the mountains. There is amazing scenery all around. The room that I stayed in was quite large and modern. The onsite restaurant had a large selection of locally sourced foods. It was a very peaceful stay.

I recently traveled to Peru to visit Machu Picchu and was lucky enough to stay in this beautiful, serene hotel. The grounds are so peaceful and relaxing. If you're one of those people who can't live without TV or phone this is probably not the place for you but then you probably won't get the Sacred Valley any way. The...

Inkallpa Lodge and Spa perfectly encapsulates what it means to respect local people, local customs, and sustainable methods, whilst proving that preservation of traditional designs and techniques doesn’t have to mean sacrificing comfort, luxury, and style.

We were on a Gate1 tour and got there after dark and left the next morning before sunrise. The location was of the main road and very quite. The reception area and bar were small but very nice. Everyone was helpful. Would have loved to have been able to walk around the grounds more in the light. We were there...

We stayed here as part of our Gate 1 tour (excellent tour agency!) to Machu Picchu. We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed the serenity and beauty of the sacred valley. The lodge-like rooms feel secluded and nestled in the valley. They have beautiful flowers and plants all over the property and a little path that you can walk...

This beautiful hotel is located in the remote area of Peru's Sacred Valley. The vegetation is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms offered the main key things I need (firm cozy beds and firm pillows). The rooms were small but equiped, without tv or wifi which in a good way makes the experience authentic to those in the Sacred Valley, but for...
