The staff at this hotel was exceptional in every way. They went out of their way to help us with many details, arrangements and recommendations. The hotel is ideally located less than a block from the Malecon. The Malecon is a walkway that goes for miles above the ocean with parks all along the way. The Larco Mar (upscale shopping...

Stayed here on 2 seperate occasions due to booking a trip with Intrepid Travel. Have to say this is an awful hotel. On both occasions we had no hot water, and when I say "we", we were a group of 11 people, so it wasn't just a one off! The breakfast is awful, you just get a slice of bread...

I understand how some (if not most) would not find this place too comfortable. It only has the basics of everything. Our (business) group got three rooms in total. The three bed room one was quite nice and spacious. The only problem with it was the toilet which sometimes did not flush. The double room was alright in size. The...

Cold showers, claustrophobic rooms and excessively noisily location sums up my visit. I ended up checking out and finding somewhere better to stay. The upside of the hostel is the location so if you're out and about and money conscious maybe consider this place, the staff weren't too bad either ... For the rest of you look elsewhere.

They screwed up my reservations, blamed it on their system but would not honor any pricing, even after I showed them the confirming email they sent me back. When we checked out they tried to charge us more for the room that they were advertising on the internet for cheaper! Staff where unfriendly ESPECIALLY woman at front desk. Room was...

Hi Everyone, The Inn isn't new! A little bit dusty and some of the staff are unfriendly and speak little English. The chef who is responsible for the breakfast, he decided when you get your full breakfast with eggs or you just get some bread with jam. We spent 5nights there and every day was forgotten something-towels,soups etc... All those...

The hotel is perfectly located; it is in a quiet area, two blocks from the ocean, a few blocks from a great supermarket and near many tourist destinations in Miraflores, at a great price. There are 2 sections in this hotel. We stayed on both sides (on two separate trips) and found the rooms to be basic and comfortable. The...

Very basic hotel - preferable to speak Spanish language - English very poor - phone call to my wife took several minutes of limited Spanish to even get to understanding point with hotel staff - then several attempts to find her and eventually put through to her room. Breakfasts are basic coffee, roll and jam, - but you have to...

Room was okay but that's the only positive thing we can say. Breakfast took twenty minutes before they cleaned the previous diners' mess off our table, and another twenty minutes before we even received a drink. The breakfast food was pretty inadequate. When we came to leave, they showed us a tiny mark on the (filthy) blanket from the bed...
