At the first day of my stay, my room was robbed. My suitcases were borken miserably and robbed many things. I claimed the receptionist, but neither responsible nor cooperative . Actually, I am fully suspecting that THEY ARE JUST A GROUP OF THIEVES. I will never use this suck hotel, never recommend to anyone. Unbelievable.

I have been to this hotel a few time in the last two years and my last experienced was nothing compared to the other ones. It is mainly due to the fact that the hotel was sold to a family this year and major change have been made. The family and the new pesonal are friendly, resourceful and very kind....

I was duped into staying here by a taxi driver. He pulled up, said it was $60 a night, and a great place. It does LOOK good from the outside, and even the entry foyer is very nice, marble, with sort of an antiqued "old school" look to it. I accepted a single room for $60 including breakfast, without even...

This Hotel is situated in a safe neighbourhood between the coast and the centre of the quarter Miraflores (Kennedy Park) - to both of them you just have to walk a couple of minutes. We had a quite small and simple room in the patio. But they provided heating (important in Limean winter nights) and an excelent, clean bathroom and...

I am not in the habit of complaining, but this hotel is a definitively No-No. We shortened our stay. Other hoteld may charge 65 US dollar for a room, but in this case it is not at all justified because there is hardly any service and the most basic comfort is lacking. The room (with a staircase inside) was cramped...

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights while in Lima Peru on vacation and they refused to provide me with a receipt. Upon returning to the USA, I found that the hotel overcharged me for one night $90 and each night by $10 over the rate quoted. I had a pleasant stay, however upon trying to work this out,...

We booked the suite through Expedia for 4 nights in September and gave our credit card to guarantee our arrival. We only stayed 2 nights, but the hotel, through its agency, charged our credit card for 4 nights. Expedia confirms it wasn't a pre-paid reservation. The hotel says we have to get our money back from the agency; the agency...

The hotel, with its bright red façade, was well situated and had genuine old world charm, the reception staff spoke excellent English and where most helpful and went out of there way to get us on a morning city tour (our plane arrived 9 hours late). The rooms, which are basic and clean, have all the amenities you would expect...
