Absolut top and charming location on riff over ocean and close to vibrating Barranco bars. I stayed there with my wife in April for 3 nights and enjoyed the flair of an old renovated villa with garden , enriched by paintings and sculptures of a famous Peruvian artist. Good breakfast and all support you need. If back to Lima then...

The rooms were a bit cold but very nice, although the kitchenette needed an update (very old-fashioned). The hotel itself is beautiful, with two sweet dogs and artwork by Victor Delphin everywhere. The owner was cold and distant until she (we assume) decided we were probably rich enough to buy a painting from her father, and then she warmed up...

Second home Lima is a beautiful and well kept property. The staff can be a little absent at times and breakfast wasn't the greatest but a comfortable stay none the less. Situated within walking distance of many great attractions!

Our flight home was changed so we only were able to spend one night in this fabulous place. It is the home of Victor Delphin who did the iconic kissing statue in Mira Flores. It is a beautiful house with a large garden and all of it is filled with beautifully hung and lighted paintings and sculpture. Our room was...

Kind of torn on this one. The location is truly amazing. Old house with tons of charms and magnificent views. All that said, the owner was not that friendly. Very, very businesslike. Perhaps just comes with running a business. The place is fairly noisy as well. Be prepared for that. You can hear everyone else walking around.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Barranco right after a trip to Cuzco. We were tired and running out of cash and decided to make this lovely B&B the cherry on top of our Peru trip. Second home was nothing short of magical. It is step into another era - another dimension. Victor Delfin lives on the grounds and his...

This is an incredible place to stay - our room was right over the ocean and the views were spectacular, as was the whole 'estate'. Victor Delfin's wonderful artwork and sculpture are everywhere on the grounds and in the large Tudor-style main building. The hospitality of Lillian and staff was great - they picked us up at the airport and...

We made arrangements to spend 2 nites at Second Home/Lima - one nite when we flew in from Guayaquil, Ecuador and the 2nd when we finished up our flight tour of the Nazca Lines before heading off to Cuzco. We much prefer small, unique B&B's and this fit the bill perfectly!! It's very quaint with just 5 rooms and everywhere...

We absolutely loved every minute of this incredibly unique stay at Second Home! My husband and I spent 2 nights here and wish we could have stayed longer. Lillian, manager, was wonderful all around - personable and helpful. The B&B property is breathtaking as it is situated on the coast (in Barranco, walking distance to Miraflores) with amazing views of...
