This is a small hotels, converted from a colonial style house with a nice, quiet, lobby, ( former living room ) and 4 rooms upstairs. Likes : Mostly quiet, unconspicuous, close to Huaca Pucllana, handcraft shops, Starbucks, supermarket and several places to eat. Dont likes: Some noise in the morning from an adjacent school, breakfast is not buffet so be... More

I am writing this review with great disappointment. If you are considering booking a room here you need to be informed. Staying at this hotel will put you at risk for false charges to your credit card. After a very long flight we were excited to arrive at this unique hotel for our short two night stay in Lima on... Huaca Wasi is located in a very safe upper middle class neighbourhood that is close to many excellent restaurants and walking distance to the sea walk. A few blocks away you will find a mall with groceries and other necessities. The rooms and common areas are clean and artistically decorated with great amenities and very comfortable beds. This is a... More

Crisp linens, spa-like bathroom ... paper-thin walls. Woke at 3a when loud American group checked in and settled into the room across the hallway. Booked same-day and saved $40. It's like staying at your stylish friend's flat.

For a solo business trip, and as a woman, Huaca Wasi is a dream. Clean, secure, spacious. Kind, attentive service. A stones throw from the ruins. "Hidden gem" restaurants just around the corner. This is my third trip to Lima. Miraflores is changing quickly and the "tourist" area is not what it used to be. The border zone where the... More

Central to sites in all directions, this B&B set on a quiet side street in a residential neighborhood, provides comfort, artistic decor, yummy breakfasts, and all to comfy beds. Easy access to local shops and fine dining. Taxi to. Downtown about $5,or nice 20 minute walk to ocean cliffs. Wonderful hospitality.

Huaca Wasi has kind, very good customer service. They even woke up early to serve me breakfast before my flight. Bed was large and comfortable. However, I wouldn't recommend or stay here again because the location isn't great - it's far from the main part of Miraflores. The circle it's near is all US chains (pinkberry, TGI Friday's, Starbucks, etc)... More

It's almost like being at a home and part of the family. Beautiful setting just off one of the main streets of Miraflores with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Well decorated with lots of Inca and "huacawasi" art and artifacts, the hotel is clean and well managed. The service is personal and friendly.

We were referred by a relative to this great boutique hotel in heart of Miraflores district. It is located near the huaca(Inka ruin) in Miraflores and three blocks from the traffic circle that contains the shopping mall and Wong's market. The owner converted his personal home into a lovely boutique hotel. Featuring fireplace, spacious rooms and high security. There is... More

Small boutique hotel, six rooms, no sign out front, appears to be a house on a residential street. Read a review that airport taxis have a hard time finding Huaca Wasi, so had the hotel arrange the taxi for us ($20 or 50 Soles, which is a good rate from the airport). Good thing: we arrived at 2AM and would... More

“I only stayed in one, a street-side suite with a sitting area. The few dollars more I paid are worth it since I'm spending extended time inside working. The area is calm and more or less quiet after 9 pm.”
of 5 bubbles LimasMom, 2 May 2015 | Read review
“The rooms range in price from $105 to $150. Our room faced the street but the street is residential and very quiet. Our room was a suite with sitting area and sofa with a large king size bed. Cost was $125 US a night. The $150 we understand is a duplex style with upstairs and downstairs. Another helpful tip for travelers. There is a Citibank 2 blocks away and the Wong's market has a LAN airline kiosk so we were able to check in and confirm our seats for our return flight home.”
