Receptionists Lorena, Navsha, Pamela and Vanessa, provided and excellent and helpful service all the time. The room was comfortable, clean with all the necessary. Carmela was a good assistant housekeeper in what I needed. The location is very convenient and safe. Businesses of all kinds are very close and just walking. What I liked was to have the assistance of a person who went up to my room every morning to help me with a requirement of my visual health. I appreciated it a lot!!. We also loved and enjoyed the Buffet Breakfast every morning. I t was very varied and healthy. The lady who works there, was always attentive, friendly and informing what was for breakfast.

Stayed her for two nights during a solo trip, I was a little worried about travelling around solo but this area so very safe and a great location!! I would recommend getting out early and walking the routes around the area and down to the beach! Some fantastic cafes and restaurants Staff at the hotel were so helpful, organised taxis and always helping me out with directions etc!

great location, good price for last minute, maybe next time ill get to enjoy all amenities like the gym, but the full hot bath was the high light the night before departure and continental breakfast buffet. A PLEASANT STAY!!!

We had a Group trip and everyting was just fine, from the staff to breakfast and the comfortable rooms. Is our secund visit and we love the perfect location of the hotel too! Ah, those so many great choices for sweets at breakfast :)

Location very good, breakfast just a little, juice and food on the second day more less than first day, checking and check out very good with friendly, WiFi connect some time not so good will be not connecting within 5-6 minutes

Good location. Friendly staffs. Very good breakfast (included). But when you need to leave early in the morning for tour then a breakfast box was provided. This breakfast box contained just a sandwich, an apple, juice, candy. Not comparable to the buffet breakfast.

Polite and profesional staff. Location perfect as the centre of Miraflores is very close, but the hotel is in a quiet and safe Street. Highlight for my daughter was the cat park in the middle of Miraflores.

Good location at the heart of Miraflores. Good Value For Money and breakfast typically included in the rate. Wifi is a bit weak up in the bedrooms. Don't expect great city views either. Rooms need updating still a good choice if you plan a quick visit to Miraflores.
