We spent one night here in transit to Amazon rainforest. The swimming pool is inviting but we could not find time to swim. Breakfast is also good. Not too far is the Belem market, an interesting place to see all kind of Amazon herbs, fishes and alligator meat, etc.We wanted to do a short visit and through the help of... More

A friend and I (both retired women) spend 5 nights at the Victoria Regia and were very happy with our choice. The staff were friendly, accessible and professional. The room was clean and had all we needed. The pool was a nice addition, given how hot and humid Iquitos is in February (and year round!). And the restaurant was a... More

Stayed here as it is the starting and ending point for Blue Morpho tours. Rooms are nice but nothing special. Internet was good for Iquitos. Good breakfast and a great staff! It's also an easy walk to both the market (although I recommend going with someone who knows the area) as well as a few nice restaurants in the opposite... More

This was a good choice for me and my friend. We stayed here a few days in January. The room was a little small, but clean and comfortable. They had air conditioning and it worked well, if the heat and humidity was bothering you. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I did not get chance to try out... More

This is a very comfortable hotel in Iquitos. The bar/restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms on the front can be noisy from traffic, so ask for a room in the back if possible. The breakfast buffet has less options than others, but is OK. The dinners are good. I would stay here again when in Iquitos.

Stayed here for one night and it was wonderful after a very hectic flight. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathtub large and inviting, the breakfast delightful and filling and the price was just right.

Pretty good hotel in Iquitos for a short stay. Definitely on the older side. Looked around for a good deal and got one here. I wasn't expecting a lot, but it met my expectations. I read a lot of hotels in the area didn't have hot water, but this hotel did. The service was good though at least at the... More

Very nice staff, very helpful. The food in the cafe was very good, but the hotel could do with putting more staff in there as the service is not the quickest. Rooms are OK, but the carpets need replacing as they are very grubby looking. Not sure why they have a swimming pool as it is oddly placed and very... More

My wife and I stayed here for a week. It is very clean and the restaurant on site was good, and the Pisco Sour drinks there were delicious! Our room faced the street, and the Motokar's driving past were noisy until 11 or so. The wifi was spotty at best, and for being in downtown Iquitos, I found the hotel... More

This is a mid-range hotel that is a nice reprieve from the heat and bustle of the city. We were there as a group for a medical mission. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were small but nicely tiled and everything functioned well. Rooms at the back were quiet, those on the lower level on the... More
