After sleeping in a tent for three nights straight a bed and a jacuzzi is an ultimate luxury. A room upgrade is like hitting a jackpot. Big room with a jacuzzi and spacious bathroom. I never sleep as good as i remember. Great variety of breakfast, fresh and the staff are friendly. Thumps up Taypikala.

rooms were clean and nice. The location was an easy walk to the historic centre and to the craft markets. Breakfast was good - decent variety and with an omelette station. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Cost of taxi from airport to hotel was only 10 soles which we also thought was pretty reasonable.

I enjoyed so much my stay this time in Cusco, and could realize that service has improved a lot ! Staying at Taypikala has been just great. People are very kind, they were after any need before I asked for. And the breakfast with a nice variety. The room was very spacious and with good natural light. Will be here...

Rooms were nice and clean. They had a fridge, which was nice. Nice bathroom, and comfortable beds. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and many tourist attractions. It was located on a very narrow street, that made it hard for cabs to drop off or pick up, but it was possible. The staff was very helpful and they...

We attend at this hotel for 2 nights after having stayed at their sister hotel in Aguascalientes. The room was much smaller than the other and was a little more dated. On the plus, the staff were excellent and the location wonderful for exploring the town. The hotel was also off the main roads so quieter than others. The breakfast...

The location was excellent just a block from Qoricancha, the Temple of the Sun. The streets here are infused with Incan and pre-Incan history. We walked extensively day and night, enjoying the cathedrals, the art, and the lively main square night life. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was extensive, complete with really good...

I booked this hotel based on so many excellent reviews. Perhaps my standards are higher than most because I just don't understand how so many travelers rate the place so high. The lobby is dirty and really unpleasant -- with handprints all over the glass doors (as you enter) and faux leather couches from the 70s that look like they're...

Accommodations were most comfortable. Room overlooking the inner courtyard was quiet. Breakfast buffet was generous. Staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights. Fine dining within walking distance in the central square. Artisans market nearby. Museums also nearby.
