It's quite nice hotel located at the centre of the city. Close proximity to the tourist spots.Breakfast is good and wifi is adequate. Customer service is quite good. Rooms are clean and look nice. And it's not very expensive.

If I remember correctly, there are only two or three steps to the entrance. Yes, there are ground floor rooms (we had one) and there is a lift to go down to the breakfast room. There is no pool ... I think only one of the big chains like Sheraton would have a pool in Cusco. There was no mini fridge in our room, but they may have some rooms that do.
Why not go to their website and use their contact email to ask them about anything. They speak perfect English and are very helpful and pleasant.
