What a pleasant surprise. The outside is humble, the inside is all rustic charm. Beautiful views of the city. Consider an upgrade for a larger room with scenic views. It's worth it. Great, friendly staff; most speak English. Breakfast and lunch only, but plenty of restaurants within two blocks. Great location, only a ten minute walk to one of the...

What a great hotel. The decor and furnishings are rustic but carry a great deal of charm. The staff are fantastic, really helpful and terribly polite. (We asked to have some postcards sent and it was no problem). Will certainly stay again next time we are in Cusco.

We stayed here as a family of 5 on our way to Machu Picchu and on our way back. ( I reccomend you sleep at least 1 night in Aguas Calientes to wake up for the sunrise visit there) Very comfortable hotel, pleasant rooms, friendly staff who generally speak English, great breakfast. I paid 160 USD per room and found...

After you fly from Lima to Cuzco, where, in about an hour, you transition from sea level to 11,100 feet in altitude (twice as high as Denver, and 3,000 feet higher than conventional altitude sickness), the first thing you’ll feel like is: I need hospitality. That’s precisely what Casa Andina gives you. In Cuzco the airport, Casa Andina has a...

Great location, very close to the Plaza De Armas and walking distance to almost everything from stores, atms to nice restaurants. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating and it was a pleasure to have them be so helpful especially as we were organizing a wedding in Cusco. In general the staff were nice and polite and were organised. They...

We recently had two stays at the Casa Andina Private Collection. We initially stayed for 3 nights while visiting Cusco and acclimitizing before our Inca Trail Trek. Then we stored our luggage at the hotel while on the Trek and stayed one more night after the Trek before flying back to Lima. They have a shuttle at the airport that...

I recently shared a trip of a lifetime with my daughter and her fiancé to Peru visiting Machu Picchu, the Uros islanders on Lake Titicaca, Colca canyon and much more. Of all the places we visited Cuzco was our favourite, and the Casa Andina hotel was perfect: 5 minutes from the main plaza, rooms were lovely and well equipped, food...

We stayed at four of this group hotels and have to say this was the worse. The room (219) was dark and depressing, we were stuck in a corner, there was no natural light, our window faced an internal stone wall, on the wall was a light which shone into the room all night. The toilet cistern kept running most...

This hotel is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk to the main plaza/square. We felt very safe walking around Cusco to and from the hotel even though there were narrow roads and alleys. We stayed here for 3 nights before our trip to Machu Picchu and then 2 nights afterwards. The first room had a connecting door to another room....

This was my second trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu, the last occurring some 13 years earlier. The hotel is one of a chain of hotels present in major cities and destinations throughout Peru.
