The Hotel is very well located in Cusco, just few blocks from "Plaza de Armas" and a walking distance of many restaurants, museums, the Cathedral, and archeological sites. The service is excellent, everyone was very respectful, polite, kind, helpful, and professional. The rooms (one for my kids and one for my husband and I) were very clean, and comfortable, my... We loved this hotel and could not fault our huge rooms. On reading other reviews it would seem there is a big difference between types of rooms. We had 2 suites which had outside windows, lovely comfortable large beds( which were even more heavenly after 3 nights on the inka trail) and did not have any noise issues. Our only... More

not sure what is the problem with this hotel. The lay-out meant that we were woken at 6.00 am by staff shouting at each other as they took bags out of rooms for a tour group making an early start. The rooms were quite cramped (a price for being in a historic building) but good enough. But the real let-down... More

During our time in Peru recently, we stayed at four different Casa Andina Private Collection hotels, but unfortunately this was the worst for us. We found the room very dark, as there are no exterior windows or good ventilation. The bell hop couldn't find our room when we checked in! The restaurant was nice, and the staff very pleasant The... My wife and I recently stayed in this hotel prior to going on an Inca Trail Trek. The staff is extremely courteous, helpful and professional. Due to flight issues our bags didn't arrive at the same time we did, and the hotel concierge was great in helping us with tracking our bags down/getting them delivered (talking to LAN extensively, following... The public spaces in this hotel are very impressive indeed and are of 5* standard. They are said to date back in parts to the 16th century and were a former colonial mansion. Our room was OK, but nothing special. We could have been anywhere at all! There was a promotion on in the bar of Tapas and drinks, including an... More

Wow, what a great hotel. When we first checked in we were just blown away by the high end look and feel of this hotel, especially when one considers the price we were paying. The service was absolutely impeccable. Two days after checking in I went to the front desk to ask a question. The young lady working the desk... More

We loved this hotel , stayed here for a few nights before departing for the Inca Trail Trek. No outside windows to any of the rooms only windows overlooking a courtyard. This was not a problem as the courtyards were spacious and quiet. Several courtyards all based on a different theme. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and was... More

This is a beautiful hotel located very close to the Plaza de Armas. The rooms are clean and welcoming and come equipped with all the standard amenities. This hotel is much larger than it appears and keeps going and going with each block of rooms having a small courtyard to overlook into it. The restaurant was very good, and the... More

Loved this hotel and the area. Unusual in that there were no outside windows and rooms opened into hallways that bordered lovely courtyards with gardens, trees and fountains. The windows opened to the hallways with views of the courtyards. The restaurant had wonderful service in very interesting rooms. Know that I walked from the hotel around the city to various... More
