I stayed 2 nights. The first night, my room was next to the lobby front desk so it was a bit noisy and bright. The second night, I was upgraded to an amazing suite with kitchen and jacuzzi. The staff, particularly Dennis and Javier, were friendly and helpful. The location was great. Breakfast included lots of fruits. Casa San Blas...

It's a long flight from the US to Peru any way you slice it and to find accommodations which go above and beyond is a true blessing. Casa San Blas Boutique knows how to cater to a weary traveler and looks after your every need. This is apparent from the moment you cross the threshold. The entire staff is very...

We had reserved a long time in advance for three night before a Machu Pichu tour and for an additional night after returning from that excursion. We were informed several weeks before arrival that the three nights had been "overbooked" and the hotel proposed to transfer us to another hotel, the Antigua Casa San Bias, which was of an equivalent...

Thank you Mensaje Arrived in Cuzco today, 13 May, my girlfriend immediately began suffering from the altitude. She was in tears fearing her lifelong dream of seeing Cusco and Machu Pichu in tatters. We stopped by for a bite to eat hoping it would restore us a bit. The absolute kindness your waiter showed us today makes us all want...

This is just the kind of hotel you hope to find on a special vacation. Tucked away in a small side street, it was a warm welcome with a very thorough orientation to all their services by Dennis. Each room has a theme and there is a cozy room that was nicely decorated for breakfast with great food and custom...

Great location, very close to the city center, yet quiet and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible, from providing us with a portable heater to dragging our luggage down the hill for us to meet our tour guide. The free tea station in the lobby is a nice addition to...

The hotel is very beautiful with peruvian rustic theme but with very good taste, the food is delicious (had the best risotto in my life in this hotel) and the best part is the staff. Very helpful, attentive and always smiling. Dennis and Robinson were the staff that attended us and I only have compliments to say about them. I...

All of us traveling in Peru are on a bit of a whirlwind trip, from place to place and early starts, it all becomes a bit of a blur. We spent 4 nights here in 2 visits. The hotel is great, but the staff were exceptional and made us feel so warm, especially coming back from MP. We stayed here...

Nice location, very clean, comfortable beds, artwork in rooms and other spaces. Lovely views of Cuzco from 3rd floor. Staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Laundry service was quick and reasonable. Very nice panaderia/bakery across the main street. We had great help from Karen, Robinson, and Luis.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Casa San Blas is the first Boutique Hotel in Peru since 2003. Our cozy and intimate colonial house located in San Blas mingles the comfort and luxury with the customized service so you feel as home. Our philosophy in Casa San Blas, moreover, is that our guests have a real contact and experience with our traditions and knowledge. Thus, our guests admire elements of Peruvian culture such as traditionally hand-made weavings which are showcased throughout all our rooms and halls. We have also built a terrace balcony on the third floor to allow great views of the city of Cusco both day and night. ... more   less
