Room was ok and the bed was comfy. Breakfast is nice and location is great. The service is very nice. We stayed two different days. They gave us an amazing room the first night but when we came back the room wasn't as beautiful as the first one but it was ok.

The location, the price paid, the staff and the rooms were all in good standards and we had enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Coca tea is always available at the lobby and breakfast was served as of 04:30 until 10:00

While this was a nice basic hotel with clean beds and plenty of room and with good hot water, it was badly let down by the reception staff who were rude and unhelpful. There trick was to pretend they did not understand English and to just talk among themselves and it seemed have a laugh at your expense. The problem...

The location is very convenient, just across St. Domingo (akaka Curicanza Temple). I was satisfied with the amenities of this hotel. Simple rooms with enough room, the double room had two double beds. Clean, nice bathrooms with european showerheads!!! Universal sockets (euro and american), free WiFi in the rooms too. The breakfast and the restaurant were mediocre. The staff was...

We stayed here on two different occasions. The rooms were an adequate size. It was an easy walk to nearby markets, plaza, tourist attractions, cathedrals, museums and restaurants. The inclusive Breakfast was fantastic, great variety. Felt safe with a security guard at the door greeting you.

Although the location seemed good, on the main avenue to the central square & opposite the beautiful Convent of Santo Domingo, the noise from the volleyball court on one side, a nightclub on the other & the taxi rank in front caused most of our group to have sleepless nights. The only alternative was to have a room at the...

One of the worst hotels ever. Even the great location in Ave El Sol did not salvage the situation. A couple of us spent a few nights here - all of us had to request that our rooms be changed again and again. This is definitely not 4* but rather 2*. Carpets are dirty and worn; towels were shredding and...

Spent 2 nights here while in Cusco, 5-10 minute walk to the main sqaure, Nice safe location, it is on the main road so some rooms may be noisy. Staff very helpful, plentiful breakfast, adequate room, clean and comfortable. Cocoa tea round the clock in the lobby. Would stay again.

We were on a group tour. Very NOISY bedrooms. a long continuous noise like an air raid shelter warning . i was told it was the water heating pump that went until about 2300 hours and then started up again when people started showering at about 0400am. we weren't prepared to put up with that; we wanted to sleep!!! so...

I have spent several nights in this hotel in Cusco and I love it! The front desk staff is really nice and helpful, there's free coca tea 24/7, and the location is great. I find the bed really comfy and the room a really good size - not too big and not too small. Big windows. Great shower with lots...
