The conflictive owner and the employees clearly made us understand that we weren't welcomed here. Some examples are : 1.They complained about the fact that we were using the kitchen for cooking 2. They decided to cancel the breakfast once without reimbursement of apologies. 3.They seem bothered by any of our demands (like hot shower, towel or WiFi as it...

This kind of tourists should not travel, we worked more than 15 years but we never met a tourist so problematic and too aggressive, he was the only one who used the kitchen all day as if he were the only tourists in the hostel that gives a lot to think about .. Afternoon morning and night, that's why we...

My boyfriend and our friend came here for New Years. We booked the hostel a week before hand as we knew it would be busy due to the time of year. Our visit didn't start well... firstly they didn't have note of our booking. We booked two double rooms at $25 a night. They didn't have these rooms available anymore...

We stayed there for one night and it was a great place ! We arrive very early in the morning and they give us a room right away. The Wifi is good and the staff is very pleasing. There is hot water anytime, the location is perfect (main square and more by walking distance) and calm ! I highly recommand!

Only 5 minutes walk from San Blas, this hostal is a very good alternative for everyone who does not want to pay the prices of the hotels in the Historic District. There is no need to pay $75 -150/night plus for a small hotel if you can pay $25-28/night and have wifi, warm showers and breakfast in Pakcha Real. Most...

We stayed at Pakcha Real for a couple of nights and they were nothing but really friendly and helpful. As we don't speak very good Spanish we would of been buggered without the staff at Pakcha Real as they ordered taxis, gave us spot on directions and helped us out with Spanish words etc. When we went to Macchu Picchu...

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were able to use the kitchen at any time, the internet was always working and the best was the hot shower at any given time! Price quality-wise a very good Hostel! Daniel is a very good person!

You have to ring the bell if you are too late past midnight. Breakfast is poor, definitely not buffet. People are nice and the rooms clean. Certainly, the location is one of the best things about this place.

We booked this place based on the reviews from TripAdvisor, plus the prive couldn't be beat. $60 US a night for our own room, private bathroom and "breakfast buffet," which in reality is just bread, butter, and cafe which I didn't mind.. but it isn't a buffet. Run by a family, they lock the doors always so you need to...

“Although the shared bathrooms are kept in very good condition, it is well worth it to take a room with a private bathroom. We stayed in one our last night and it completed the experience of feeling like we were in a hotel...especially when you have to take a pee at 3am, lol!”
