friendliness , good breakfast , not much going internet . Not flushing the toilet . Very good location . If you want quiet choose a room to courtyard . The beds are large . The room cleaning . Towels changed daily . Every night the maid comes and brings two chocolate candies .

1. Average rooms are extremely small for my taste. With the lack of air it was kind of frustrating in the beginning. 2. Before i booked the room, I read reviews that at night there were noises coming from the outside. Its true, one night we couldn't sleep. But all of these was compensated with an outstanding staff, welcoming and...

Super hotel facing onto the main square. Really good sized room. Breakfast and service are both excellent. Minor gripes about noise from city centre and room keys not working before we check out, but this is a really great option for a hotel in Cusco centre

I booked this hotel after a recommendation from my father whom had gone to Cusco just 2 months before. It's not a cheap hotel and we were surprised with our initial room that didn't have any windows and it wasn't really good. After my boyfriend talked to the receptionist, we changed rooms to a better one and it was much...

We went there for a few drink last week as we wanted to get a nice elevated view of the Plaza de Armas. The service was a little slow and took almost 20 minutes to get served two Pisco Sours but the view was awesome and the drinks tasted great.

Seriously, if you cannot get a room on the courtyard you will not sleep. All this being said...I would...

Many tourist attractions are very close to the Hotel as churches, museums and archaeological sites and if your trip coincides with the traditional Cusco city festivities in July mostly, this is the best place for witness them. The facilities are great, the room is spotless but this hotel is mainly about its location, so lower your expectation to have a...

We stayed at the hotel for one night on the way to Machu Pichu and one night when coming back. Located right in the heart of the square, it is great for getting out and seeing things, not so great for sleeping. Check in was quick and we were shown to our room on the 3rd floor. We spent the...

This place was amazing and had so many little hustler kids and deessed local asking for money for photos. They run away as soon as a police officer sees them. Be careful of the fake impronted silver they sell at the markets. They may be stamped as genuine but they arent always. I recommend going on a tour to the...

No complaints. Clean rooms, great location, excellent breakfast. We only stayed for one night, but this hotel was much better than the one we stayed at before our trip to Sacred Valley, and the price was very similar.
