I really liked it here. Far enough away from the main square to be quiet but close enough that it's a very easy walk. We found the staff extremely nice and happy to store our bags for us etc while we went to machu picchu. Room was basic but comfortable - I liked it. Breakfast was also basic but was...

This is more like a hotel than a hostel, on a very quiet street. Breakfast is tea/coffee, bread, juice, and eggs made to order. Our room was spacious and kind of funky, with multiple steps and the only window in the ceiling of the middle room (space for 5 people to sleep in 2 rooms with a small room with...

When I saw the stairs I had to climb to get here, I wasn't all that happy. That changed quickly when I was greeted by friendly staff who checked me in and helped me with my bags to my room. The room was super cute and has a spacious bathroom. Bed is super comfortable which is just what I needed...

Yes, you have to climb a few stairs, but it's worth it not to have to smell and listen to Cusco's horrible traffic. There was a little noise from a club nearby, but not so loud you couldn't ignore it. Yes, the pillows were skimpy - we should have used the big comforter for sitting up to read. I thought...

The location was perfect - we were on the ground floor and you could however hear the footsteps of the people on the top floor (esp in the mornings). We would definitely stay here again though! The breakfasts were pretty simple but great value overall

I did a great deal of research on places to stay in Cusco and first booked a place based on location (right of the main plaza) but when they stopped responding to my emails regarding the booking, I decided to look elsewhere. I am so glad I did. This place was wonderful, from the very comfortable beds, the daily housekeeping...

We stayed here for a few nights before starting a trek in the Sacred Valley. We wanted to stay in San Blas and were happy with this hotel but it didn't really go above and beyond in any significant way. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was modest but tasty. Our room was quite dark and the matrimonial...

We wanted to stay in the San Blas region at the end of our trip in Cusco. What a mistake to come here! First, you can't find the place since it is not located on a street. The place is very delapidated - holes in the floor, cold water turned off because the toilet leaks, lumpy pillows and the matrimonial...

This is a charming place to stay, the rooms are old, but comfortable, and have a lot of character. It's quiet both at night and during the daytime, being on a narrow pedestrian street that is not heavily used, but is still within easy walking distance of the main square. We found the staff exceptionally helpful and polite, and they...

The hostal was very nice and helpful. The rooms were charming and spacious. The only problem was all the stairs to get to the hostal. After a long day out touring that was the last thing I wanted to do was climb those stairs but other than that I wold definitely recommend this Hostal.
