The service in this hotel is excellent. I travelled with a friend who got altitude sickness. The hotel was able to administer oxygen at 6 a.m. in the morning ... we called Room Service numerous times. They had to make the trip numerous times (with tea, breakfast, lunch ... more tea, oxygen tank) all within a very short space of...

After 2 nights in Sacred Valley & 1 night in Machu Picchu pueblo coming to the Belmond Monesterio was a real treat. Bathrooms & linens top notch of course & big buffet breakfast sets you right for a day of walking tours & sightseeing. Don't miss 100+ year old cedar tree in courtyard. Very nice staff too.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to meet my families every need. No request was to small. The desk was able to help with everything from restaurant recommendations, shopping and day trips. There was a very personal touch at this hotel, that I have not experienced at other hotels. I was always greeted with a smile and...

This is among the best hotels our family has ever visited (possibly, the world!), both in proximity to the brilliant sites Cusco has to offer, accomodating our needs as guests and boasting the friendliest, most exceptional customer service we have ever encountered. This hotel deserves to be on everyone's bucket list as a must stay location.

Wow! We spent two nights at the Belmont Monasterio. The setting is magical, and the service was excellent. Every morning Wilberth Soncco greeted us with a smile at breakfast; what a treat. Highly recommend this retreat if you're in Cuzco.

The hotel helped out with oxygen just after eating a heavy dinner. It seems that your stomach can also demand oxygen from your body as it digests food so your lungs have to share. There is opera sung at dinner time which we had never experienced before. Our stay was very nice. The food was excellent both dinner and breakfast....

First day of a multi day adventure with the Belmond properties. Total cost for 4 days around 3,000 USD. First stop Belmond Montasterio. Small request took 5 hours to complete. Asked to speak to manager on duty. Told he was in a meeting. Absolute not the service one expects for the $$$$$$ and a designated 5 start hotel.

Great hotel, service, food. Beautiful decor and .artwork. Great end to a fine Peruvian trip to Machu Pechu. Be careful with the altitude however. The hotel has available free oxygen. Will comeback if we are ever in Cusco again. Was actually a Catholic monastery at one time.

Can't really say we were roughing it in the sacred valley, but after a day in Macchu Pichu, then a crazy time in Ollantaytambo trying to connect with our driver, then a 2 hour drive plus an insane journey IN Cusco trying to navigate the crowds blocking the city center for Easter procession, walking into the beautiful courtyard at this...
