Palacio Del Inka is an incredible resort in the ancient capital of Cusco. I was welcomed by the gracious staff into this stunningly decorated building. The warmth, care, and hospitality they offer to guests is unprecedented. You will truly be treated like royalty. The concierge Matias was so tremendously helpful I cannot adequately express my thanks. From all the additional...

This hotel is steeped in history ( as another reviewer pointed out ), has super friendly staff, breathtaking architecture on both the hotel interior and exterior, and some of the best food that I have ever had ! The hotel is located in the heart of cusco, which is worth seeing and is the standard launching point for a trip...

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted and escorted to comfortable couches and given ice tea. Check-in was very quick and we were escorted to our room which overlooked a side street through a sliding glass door and a pair of old historic shutters. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room came with breakfast which was superb....

This large property is located in the Piazoleta Santo Domingo, directly opposite Qorikancha, one of the top attractions in Cusco. It is a pleasant 10-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas down some interesting passageways. There are many public rooms, open courtyards, small alcoves, seating areas with enormous couches and wooden tables, and a tea station with coco tea, much...

The people were fantastic, the food was phenomenal, the service unmatched, and the room was superb for the whole Family. Additionally, the SPA was one of the best experiences I have had in Latin America. I had an exfoliation followed by a 90 min massage and it was unmatched of all my Latin America travels. I travel for my job...

The Palacio Del Inka in Cusco has pretty much everything going for it and you will like it. The hotel is centrally located close to most tourist attractions, is built in a high Spanish colonial style, and has an upscale feeling throughout. The staff is friendly and eager to help. My room was average size for this class hotel, nicely...

Should be removed from a luxury hotel collection when they can't even handle your luggage properly and they deny the fact that they have done it as well. No compensation and no remorse. It's not even about the compensation but it's the principle, the fact they deny any accusations. You can see from the images that the wheel has come...

Top-notch hospitality and accommodations. The hotel is built on an Inca foundation. Lots of history in the hotel. Ask for a free tour and prepare to be awed. And ask for the Pisco Raimi (not the Sour) at the bar. This Pisco uses a strawberry. It's their special and it's delicious!
