I stayed there with my boyfriend for 2 nights and we had an amazing time. First the hotel is very beautiful, quiet, and well located, right in the center of Cusco. Second, everybody in the hotel was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We were able to attend a class of Pisco sour at the bar of the hotel (It is...

This place is absolutely amazing. It constantly smells like spa candles, it is beautifully decorated and clean, and the service is impeccable. We stayed here for three nights and had the best stay. There is cocoa tea and infused water in the lobby. There is also oxygen for altitude sickness. Our room was very clean and we got two complimentary...

We've really enjoyed our stay at Palacio del Inka. They booked a fabulous day trip to Macchu Pichu with private driver to train station and private tour guide. I heard them call the driver on our way back to make sure we got picked up-- very thoughtful. We also enjoyed the Pisco Sour lesson with Victor-- he let my husband...

We got a great deal on this hotel through our Starwood points, which made this an even greater plus to staying here! Plus, we couldn't believe it but the President of Peru was staying here when we were there! Security was a little higher than normal, but fine by me. We saw him up close and definitely won't forget that...

As a Starwood Lifetime Platinum my travels have taken me to over 50 countries for both business and pleasure. I had an extremely comfortable stay at the Palacio del Inka in Cusco. The hotel takes great care of the guest. Roger the concierge greeted and introduced us to the hotel, it’s significance and also to the city of Cusco. They...

The hotel was originally a Palace as the name implies and it is designed using the existing layout as much as possible. To me, this meant it was a maze as I was never sure where to go. It is a very beautiful hotel, The room was on the third floor of four. Currently there is only one working small,...

Stayed two nights at the Palacio del Inka as part of a three-day pre-cruise excursion to Machu Picchu with Crystal Cruises. The hotel property is quite plain from the outside but the interior is gorgeous and the property much bigger than one would think. It is a historical property that has been beautifully restored and refurbished. The common areas reflect...

First off I want to say that I do not write reviews. I downloaded the trip advisor application just so I could write a review for this hotel. The service was so above and beyond incredible that the least I could do is write a review. I spent 3 nights at the hotel with a friend. Every single person on...

We visited Peru on a small group tour with Odysseys Unlimited and used this hotel as our base in Cusco. It is centrally located, directly across from the Church of Santo Domingo and is very nice, with attractive public spaces and rooms, some quality shops on property and an excellent restaurant.
