Most of the hotels in Cusco are used only to sleep. And, for us, it was not different. However, the front desk has a really good service and helped us with some last minute changes on our tour. Great service, good breakfast, good rooms and well located! I would stay in this hotel on my next stay in Cusco!

The Best Western Los Andes De America is a thoroughly average hotel with thoroughly above-average customer service. In particular, the older gentleman who seems to be the hotel's jack-of-all-trades was wonderful; he also made sure we were never without coca leaf tea. The rooms themselves were fine; the beds were uncomfortable and we had a terrible sleep our second night....

Very good location and hotel setting. Offers free coca tea ❤. As expected in each best western hotel, the room and specially the bed was very comforting. I havent noticed any hotel lift but was alright for me. Overall my stay was satisfying ~

One night stay because of travel schedule. Had wonderful rest in the city center. Quiet room which is oriented inside, big and comfortable bed, large bathroom with all facilities. Excellent breakfast with great choice of dishes. Much better than similar rating hotels in Cusco. From entrance to service. Friendly staff and English speaking receptionists. Nice lobby with WiFi and Ethernet...

This hotel gives you the basics. The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help you. We arrived at 7.am after an overnight flight from Canada with no sleep. They gave us coca tea and got us into a room as fast as they could. The staff make up for the parts of the hotel that...

It's half way between Plaza De Armas and San Pedro Market - both places you must see, and walking distance to all the main shopping areas and tourist attractions. Rooms are nice and clean, hot water, nice shower. I didn't know how to operate the heater in the room, but it wasn't cold, so i didn't care. There were loud...

We stayed here for 4 nights. At first, we were in a room overlooking noisy Garcilaso street just below. We heard every horn (and they honk their horns all the time), barking dog, and person walking by. After 2 nights, we asked to move, and they were more than happy to accommodate us. We moved into a big, quiet room....

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Cusco. Location is great - a couple blocks away from Plaza de Armas. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and sights. Across the street from the government office where Machu Picchu tickets are sold. We lucked out - we had paid for a room with a queen bed (booked through Expedia) but...

A good hotel, in the center of town. I stayed for 3 nights and the best of it were the employees, very helpfull and friendly! Rooms and breakfast were ok, clean and spacy. The hotel is in the middle of a vivid town, so do not expect silence all day, however my room was at the backside and quiet enough.
