We went to Cusco, Peru and stayed at Novotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The staffs are so accomodating, I requested for a service to fetch us from airport to the hotel but it's kind of expensive, around 15$ per person although the airport is not that far from the hotel. I requested for a welcome banner and they...

We had reserved four rooms at the hotel with 3 kings and one double. Upon our check in we were told that the rooms were not available. We asked to talk to the Manager and nobody showed up. The front desk clerks did nothing to accomodate us. We stood there for over half an hour without an answer. We had...

This hotel surely is very centrally loated close to the main square, many restaurants and shops! All in close walking distance. I would like to also point out that the staff was very helpful and friendly and all facilities were kept perfectly clean! It truly is a beautiful old building, but the modern room and bathroom had only poor light...

Loved this hotel in old part of Cusco in walking district to fabulous old town centre. By retaining old building and covering central sitting and dining area it gives openness to this wonderful old hotel. Bedrooms spacious with nice ensuite lock box in room. Elevators to each floor. Breakfast in the open area is self service with lots of choice....

This is a great option for those who want a 4-star option, but for less than money the nearby JW Marriott or Palacio del Inka. Building is beautiful & historic with a lovely courtyard, rooms are modern & clean, though slightly lacking in charm (more Ikea-style). From my room on the 4th floor, my view was towards the cathedrals in...

I had never heard of Novotel till I stayed here with a friend. The Company is known for more upscale hotels/suites, but they were will within our price range. After spending the last 3 to 4 days traveling and hiking Winapicho Mountain, this was a place we needed with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bar, restaurant, and more importantly bottled water that...

This is a well appointed Novotel with an old and new area. Although rated a four star hotel, the room we chose left nothing to be desired. We stayed in the older part, which is part of the courtyard. The room was huge, beautifully done with a very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed at reception and the...

Not far from the centre so well placed to see the old part of Cusco. A delightful atrium which is an old courtyard now covered which makes for a delightful setting. One small complaint - hard pillows. I'm not sure if they have softer ones but the spares in the wardrobe were equally hard.
