A really nice place to stay. The employees are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean, and if you want to they even change the beds every day. We had a little problem with our booking, but they helpt us out really good and fast. Warm water is not working between 12 and 6, but if you just ask they...

The location is awsome. And most of the people who work there are realy nice. But there where never hot water so we had to tell them two hours in advanse. The rooms where freezing. No heat. There was one woman who was so unfrendly and always talked back to us if we asked for more paper and stuff. They...

The hostel itself was okay the first time we stayed. However, on the second occasion when we returned late at night returning from Machu Pichu they had no recollection of our booking and tried to place us in a filthy hostel down the road. When we refused to stay they let us sleep in a room that needed repair work...

This was our 1st hostel stay ever! And I would say it was a good experience for two 40 somethings! We stayed at the hostel before and after our jaunt to Machu Pichu. They stored our bags for us and ordered our taxis to and from the train station and even made us a lunch to eat on the train....

At first sight it seems to be a nice hostel: clean rooms, nice location, breakfast buffet ok. But one of the staff members is not friendly at all. When we came back from our Machu Picchu trip we got another room than we had before, which was much smaller, dark and humid (there are no pictures of this room on...

Not much else going for it. We asked for a quiet room and if we were in a quiet room I'd have hated to be in a noisy room. The bathrooms weren't great the shower went all over the floor and though there was a plug it didn't drain. On the morning we left there was no breakfast available at...

The hostel is quite ok for a short stay. We stayed two nights. Unfortunately hot shower is only possible in the morning. Furthermore in the afternoon only a few and cold water is available. At nights no water is partly available. The breakfast was ok, but pretty small. Rooms were clean.

Terrible customer service. They cancelled our reservation two weeks before our trip and gave us no explanation or alternative solution. Even though our reservation had been confirmed two months before. When asked about the issue they simply responded there was a mistake with their reservations.

Rosemary and edson were amazing! They made sure we were comfortable on arrival, gave us coca tea and advice on altitude (even though we had been in the Andes for a couple of weeks, this little touch of caring was very much welcomed after a long month of travelling)!! Our rooms were fine, nice comfy beds and the showers are...

We just left Cusco 2 days ago and Hospedaje Familiar Jhuno was our 2nd hostel to stay at during our visit to Cusco. We moved because our first hostel's bathroom was pretty bad even for hostel standards and for only $10 soles had a very clean room with tv, wifi, and continental breakfast plus coca tea available all day long....
