The tv is blurry, everything else is good. Victor, the guy bellman/waitress was really helpful and cooperative. Also, the food and waitress at the restaurant were satisfactory. The location of the hotel is precise.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I did not have any problems with the room or the facilities. Friendly staff that speaks English and is very accommodating. Laundry service is available in advance. That was nice, after being on the Salkantay Trail for 5 days and 4 nights. Breakfast was always ready and a variety of teas which I... More

We stayed at the Royal Inti for one night prior to doing a one day hike to the Rainbow Mountain. We found the location to be convenient, being close to plaza Regocijo and only about a block an a half from the main plaza. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with good hot water.... More

I took a group to this hotel on 2nd July 2016 The hotel is shabby at best. Unsatisfactory. Attention to detail non existent. We were dealing with Daphne. Two young people in our school group were placed in a room which was quite frankly smelly and should not have been allowed to be used. On arrival the room was not... More

Very friendly staff -Ask for a room with a balcony over the street - a little noisy but you can see Plaza Regocijo. Wifi available - a nice downstairs space - very clean -average buffet breakfast. Excellent value for price.

We stayed here for a few nights then went off to do a trek. They graciously stored our luggage for five days. Staff was really friendly. My travel mate ended up spraining her ankle on the trek and when we got back the staff did everything they could to help her out (even went to the market to get some... More

There are two reasons I gave it a three stars. First is that our private bath has no windows, so you can imagine the smell of the room. Second is because the ceiling of our room has a huge glass window, so in the mornings it works as a wake-up call that u cannot ignore. Besides that, the hostel is... More

For me, location is its best attribute. It's only one block away from Plaza Regocijo, and two blocks away from Plaza de Armas. The facilites are not so good, it's a really basic place to stay the night if your budget is tight. I had a good experience with the employees who attended us.

We found this hotel after walking around Plaza de Armas, trying to get a good deal. This hotel is 3 blocks from the Plaza, the street is quiet and surrounded by stores and restaurants. We got a good price for low season, 130 soles. The rooms are basic, but very clean. We got hot water which was great. There is... More

Unfortunately the rooms at this hotel were awful . Noise infiltrated from other guests rooms which was actually creepy, as well as the traffic outside. “Select a room with a balcony overlooking the square; a bit of occasional traffic noise but a delight to open the windows and see the ancient city.. You can also get a better mobile fone signal; the interior rooms behind thick Inca walls block access!”

“You have a choice. The rooms to the front have balcony which allows sunlight through in the day time, you may hear some traffic but it did not bother me too much. Rooms at the back have skylights only but are much quieter and maybe warmer in winter as a result.”
