This striking hotel reflects the Spanish influence in Peru, and whilst lying by the pool, you could be forgiven for thinking you are actually in Spain. The Belmond has two hotels side by side in Cusco, The Belmond Monasterio, a calming masculine influenced property (due to the buildings history as a Monastery for monks). The Belmond Palacio Nazarenas next door...

I've stayed in some nice hotels before but this beats them all. We were traveling with friends who have experienced 6 and 7 star hotels and they didn't want to leave the Belmond saying that it was one of the best appointed hotels they have stayed in. From the moment you arrive you get the feeling that you are very...

One of the best hotel of cusco, may be the best ?! Palacio nazarenas is very well located, 3 min walking from main square plaza de armas de Cusco and on the wonderful square of Nazarenas. The only hotel with a swim-pool have a SPA, big bathroom, and pisco and rum are waiting for you. Good Senzo restaurant, perfect attention......

I was blown away by the service and amenities of this incredible property! From the moment we got there, to the moment we left, we experienced the most top-notch, customized and attentive service! Extra in-room amenities and complimentary offerings were an added benefit. Make sure to try to the complimentary in-room Pisco Sour making demonstration...such a fun and unique experience!...

We arrived early evening after spending two days at the Belmond Sanctuary Lodge at Machu Picchu. The reception when we arrived was very welcoming, with some Coca Tea and offers of anything else that we may require. The staff was very helpful and we were soon escorted to our room (which was an upgrade, pleasant surprise!) with an informative description...

This is a truly unique (albeit expensive) hotel. The building is old and full of history yet the amenities are very modern. We stayed in the one bedroom suite and to be honest I didn't want to leave at all when checkout came! The room was incredible and the staff (Stefanie, Rodrigo and Daniel in particular) went out of their...

The accommodation at this hotel is amazing (the rooms even have their own oxygenated air supply which we would have been very glad of if we were not already used to the altitude) but what we really remember six months on is the level of service. Two examples will suffice: my son was unwell whilst staying there because of something...

I have traveled extensively on foreign business and have not previously encountered a hotel in the Western Hemisphere to compete with the level of service that one can find throughout Asia. This hotel is a gem. It's attention to detail, food and all amenities is outstanding. I had an accident in my room which could not be attributed to any...

This place is just gorgeous, a storied historic building, with Spanish and Inca original elements, with beautiful courtyards and all mod cons (including piped oxygen). The staff could not be more obliging or professional- all of them!- a sheer delight to stay here, if you can afford it. Such service and charm does not come cheap of course, but I...

Prior to traveling to Peru we had not experienced a Belmond Hotel. We stayed at the Belmond hotel in Miraflores Park for 2 nights before and thought it was an excellent hotel. This Belmond far exceeded any expectations that we could have had. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very nice. However, we encountered a problem with our...
