The rooms are beautiful and the services provided is top notch. The hotel has lots of history to offer and they offer tours of the premises every day, something we would definitely recommend any future visitors to do. The breakfast is amazing and so is the spa. Jesus at the reception went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank...

Please end your search here and stay at the JW Marriott - Cusco. This place is awesome. The staff is so nice and accommodated us like my wife and I were a Queen and King. As a platinum, they treated us to an amazing breakfast, even on the day of check-in as we arrived early that day to check our...

fantastic job of taking an old Spanish convent and turning it into a first class hotel without losing the majesty of the original building. Perfect location only 2 easy walking blocks from the square and cathedrals of the old Spanish town!! Staff is one of the friendliest and helpful I have ever experienced in my travels

This hotel has so much charm. The room was specious, clean and modern. It surrounds a large courtyard that is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, close to everything but you don't get the noise, which was awesome because we were so tired from all the site seeing.

We have been invited to Marriott bar and we really enjoyed piscos there. They have happy hours, it means that you drink one pisco for 10 soles and it is very nice price for the environment you are enjoying. I recommend it if you want to start somewhere like good starting point.

We stayed at this property after our trip to Valle Sagrado. The hotel is very well located and the common areas are nice. The spa was good but the large indoor pool was very cold. The rooms however were a little old and cramped. We had two rooms and we asked them to be adjacent as we had our kids...

Dear pflaquer, We very much regret for the inconveniences you had to go through during your last stay at the hotel with the room location and view, and also with the pool, we really appreciate your comments since they are a valuable tool for us for feedback to improve the service we provide. It is not definitely the perception that...

We stayed here while going back and forth to Machu Picchu. A lovely building, great location, exceptional staff. The breakfast is amazing, beds are comfy, rooms are grand. We found the history of the hotel interesting and commend the JW and Cusco for the effort. Enrique was very friendly and ready at all times to jump in and be helpful.
