We are never disappointed with a JW Marriott and this one is spectacular! We arrived, and knowing the altitude was going to be a challenge, our 14 year old passed out in the lobby and gave us quite a scare. The hotel was fabulous and very quickly brought him both oxygen and a doctor. They were exceptionally caring and followed...

I struggled with the rating for this hotel. The location is very convenient, the staff are courteous and the architecture is impressive (it cost $60 million to build, according to the hotel tour). We also enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. So why not give it an excellent rating? We had three problems with it: 1) the rooms, 2)...

We were so grateful to spend our last two nights in Peru here. After hiking MP, JWMARRIOTT Cusco was truly the lap of luxury. Everything and everybody was perfect. Bryan at the desk, Nicolas, Freddy, and Omar at the bar, Celeste at breakfast.... I only spent two days and I remember all of these dedicated staff members off the top...

My husband and I recently stayed at the JWMARRIOTT Cusco. The hotel, location, and amenities are outstanding. However, the staff are truly the most exceptional assets to this Marriott. Bryan G. checked us in, brought us tea, and showed us to our room. He greeted us by name each time we entered the lobby, offered helpful direction, and local insight....

Fantastic base in Cusco on our way to Machu Picchu and we couldn't ask for more. It was right smack in the middle of everything, a stone's throw away from the main plaza and lots of restaurants around the area. It's not your usual Marriott. Being an old convent, the hotel had a lot of character and that added to...

We had an excellent 3 days stay over here. Everything was perfect, including welcome from the lobby - George was our welcome manager and took care of every minor details including room upgrade. Breakfast was great and chef (sorry forgot his name) made great custom omelettes for us. Minor catch is $30 mandatory resort fees and most benefits overlaps with...

I have now tried it - staying in a monastery for five nights, or rather, in a monastery converted into a five star hotel, and for the first time I have to give top marks (I have contributed with very many hotel reviews). The hotel, the room, the staff, the food - everything is perfect creating an environment making you...

This is a beautiful hotel full of interesting architecture and ruins below the hotel, which are available to be seen on an interesting short tour provided by the hotel. Everything about this hotel, from the location to the main square (walkable), the amazing top notch service front desk, bell hop, room attendants and waiters, the beautifully appointed and comfortable rooms,...

You enter through a giant gate with a flickering sun in the background. We were immediately greeted by the very friendly staff and asked just to sit down get a drink and relax whereby they would check us in. We arrived very early and still were given a room immediately. The whole hotel is a beautiful renovated (almost completely rebuild)...

We arrived via hotel/airport transfer and spent one night before embarking on a Inca Trail hike and two nights at the end of the hike. The hotel was beautiful and the service impeccable. The morning we departed for our hike, the staff prepared a huge breakfast to-go for us and stored our luggage while we were hiking. When we returned...
