This mid-priced small hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas; just far enough away to be quiet and pleasantly outside the hub-bub of the main tourist areas. The walk to the historical district is along quaint narrow streets with Inca walls on each side. I stayed there nine nights and slept very well. The rooms are... More

We found the antawasi (thanks tripadvisor) after returning from macchu picchu and just walked up late in the evening and luckily, they had rooms. I was so pleased with this hotel. For the price you cannot do much better in Cuzco. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel was immaculately clean, and after a few nights of lesser... More

This hotel was very clean and comfortable and reasonably priced compared to other hostels closer to the main Plaza de Armas. (It was only about a five minute walk from the main plaza). The beds were very comfortable and the showers were hot. There was also a nice continental breakfast buffet in the morning with fresh juice and eggs. There... More

The price US$58 incl buffet breakfast was good value. The bed was comfortable and warm the TV was good and the bathroom whilst it took a few minutes to get hot... More

First of all, how did this place get the "Travellers' Choice® 2013 Winner"?!? It's ranked 50 out of 136 hotels in Cusco. If you make that a percentage, they've scored 62 / 100. They have a TripAdvisor plaque on the wall in the lobby which gives them a score of 4.5 / 5, but the truth is far from it.... More

All in all, we were happy with our stay here. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Pros: Good price and location, clean rooms, lots of tv channels, friendly staff, and nice free breakfasts. Cons: Thin walls (people walking/talking outside are very audible in the room), it was cold while we were there and the heater they supplied... More
