I definitely recomend this hotel for my frends and relatives!!
Firstly, i booked this hotel a day before I needed to stay these (December 2016) and got a good price with a discount too. It was the cheapest hotel in Cusco and included breakfast and a lift to the airport the next day.
Good food, great costumer service I would definitely come back again!! Very accomodating and helpful. They knew where all the best shops and restaurants were, helpful with directions. Rooms are very nice and clean.

Our stop in Cusco was part of a larger 6 month trip so in general, we have been avoiding tours and making most plans on our own. Having said that, there are so many options for Machu Pichu, and the gentleman at the little tour desk in the lobby was immensely helpful. If we were booking tours, I would have used him. Oyantantambo was a favorite stop for us in the Sacred Valley- there is hiking to two sets of ruins there. We stayed in La Abuela hostel there( a little out of the main square) and it was lovely. Enjoy your trip- it will be amazing.
