We were booked into this hotel at the beginning and end of our tour. Our room the first evening was small but cozy. The only issue was we were facing the street and it was very noisy even with a 'No Honking' sign posted on the street. It was hard to concentrate because of other noise as well. We requested...

We stayed on too different nights. The first night we stayed in a room over a busy street. We made a request to a different room and they found us a great room. Staff is very friendly and responsive. The free breakfast was very nice. This is a first experience and you likely could not do better than this in...

great hotel with a very good location and a nice rooftop with a view of the whole city of Cuzco. there was no elevator and because of the high elevation of Cuzco it was very tiring to go up the stairs. but overall it was a very nice hotel, the service was great and the food was good.

This is a small hotel well located near the center of Cusco walking distance to everything. Rooms were a little warm. Has a restaurant on premises. Service by the staff was excellent. They were helpful and always available. We would go back.

This boutique hotel has a great location, very close to plaza de armas and many good restaurants and tourist attractions. Our room ( triple) was awesome, very large ( 2 stories), very clean, kind and helpful staff, always with a smile, acceptable breakfast

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem! It is located a block from a plaza that is filled with restaurants, shopping and a cathedral. The area around the hotel seemed very safe ....... Just annoying to have the locals selling stuff every time you walk out the doors, but that is no reflection on the hotel because they are everywhere...

We had the pleasure of staying at the Maytaq Wasin Hotel when we went to Cusco just last week. The service from all staff in all areas of the hotel was superb - we had any needs of our room attended to immediately, and we were very well looked after for meals at the restaurant; be that at breakfast with...

We stayed at the Maytaq Wasin for two nights while visiting Cusco. The best reason to stay at this hotel is for its location. It's located one block from the main square and within walking distance to all the main historical sights. There are also restaurants and a small grocery store located nearby. Our room was small and a bit...

Hotel is perfectly located 1 block from the main square. It is very quiet, filtered water is available on each floor and staff are very good. They stored our bags for 2 days while we went to Machu Picchu and welcomed us back with chocolates when we returned. Breakfast was great and lunch in the cafe was also good.

All I can is that their staff is amazing! Friendly, helpful and very attentive. Also, it's in the City Center so we were close to restaurants, tourist spots and souvenir shops. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
