This hotel is within a two minutes walking distance to the main square in Cusco. The service was excellent for our entire stay. Our room was MASSIVE but the rooms varied in size. The water pressure in our room was also AMAZING. The mattresses were not the greatest in the rooms either. Wifi was very spotty but better than some...

We stayed at this hotel in Cusco on our way to Machu Picchu and back. Nice and clean rooms, walking distance to the main square in Cusco. Lots of restaurant around the hotel. Decent buffet style breakfast. You can ask for eggs. However, it could take some time for eggs to show up.

Just around the corner from the Plaza de Armas, so great position. The staff are INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. We had a problem with a tour we were to take the next day and the reception staff were incredibly helpful making phone calls to the tour operator on out behalf. No lift. Staff kindly took out heavy luggage up flights of stairs...

Lovely location for this boutique hotel. Has a wonderful terrace with 360 degree view of beautiful Cusco. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Free water and coca tea to help with acclimatisation to the altitude. There is a laundry down the road that does your laundry for s/8 per kg.

The hotel was very nice. They meet you at the door with coca tea and provided free tea and water throughout the stay. The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. The location couldn't have been better. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and rooms were wonderful. We had larger room for three and stayed three nights. The third floor is great as there is a roof top patio with a great view of Cusco and the surrounding mountains. Need to be somewhat adjusted to elevation to climb to third floor as there is no elevator but this was okay for...

We were booked into this hotel at the beginning and end of our tour. Our room the first evening was small but cozy. The only issue was we were facing the street and it was very noisy even with a 'No Honking' sign posted on the street. It was hard to concentrate because of other noise as well. We requested...

We stayed on too different nights. The first night we stayed in a room over a busy street. We made a request to a different room and they found us a great room. Staff is very friendly and responsive. The free breakfast was very nice. This is a first experience and you likely could not do better than this in...

great hotel with a very good location and a nice rooftop with a view of the whole city of Cuzco. there was no elevator and because of the high elevation of Cuzco it was very tiring to go up the stairs. but overall it was a very nice hotel, the service was great and the food was good.
