This is a nice reasonable family run hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable but not fancy. They are doing some work to improve the center courtyard, which was a minor inconvenience. The location is great in the city center. They customer service was excellent. They really care about there guests and it shows. They were so nice and kind at...

Lovely little hotel with great friendly staff. Very clean with a nice open court yard for relaxing. Great beds, good shower, very nice breakfast. What more do you need! Surrounding area is a little boisterous but not off putting. Highly recommended.

The room was not very big, but it was clean and the bed was very big and comfortable. Hot water at all times and electrical heater are really beneficial during the cold nights in Cusco. Don't expect quality and diversity from the TV channels dough.

I've stayed at that property for two nights in November. Hotel is centrally located, minutes from Plaza des Armas. There was a refurbishment going on in the inner court at time. That didn't look nice at all. I think they should advise they guests in advance if construction works are taking place. Also my room was too humid and bathroom...

Oh mine, the bed was so amazingly comfy, with down comforters and very clean, newly remodeled bathrooms, I didn't want to get out of bed. Their breakfast was to die for specially their freshly squeezed mango and papaya and pine apple juice. All and All I'm very happy I stayed there with 8 friends of mine.

The hotel is really well situated, a couple of minutes walking from the main square. But is located in a neighbourhood full of pubs so at night there is lots of laud music and you can not sleep because of it! Is like you have the disco inside your room! The personnel is a little bit rude and don't want...

We stayed there for a couple of days. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly. They pointed us to a tour guide who made arrangements for most of our tour of Peru. The tours could have been cheaper, but it was convenient to have it all done. The only small negative was that they had told us that they would...

On a last minute notice, I had to travel to Cusco for work and could not find a place where to stay, so I stayed at the Rojas. The place is very well located on a quite street 150 meters from the main square (Plaza de Armas). My one bedroom was small (see photo). So small that it did not...

This hotel is very thoughtful and friendly. We arrived at cusco and was about to stay for 7 days there with 4 days hiking for salkantay trek. Since we are not used to the temperature difference, we felt very cold at night. We then asked if there are any electric heater. The staff there was very nice and went all...

On the positive side: Free bottle of water. On the negative side: Tiny (internal) room, 3mx3m Sticky, no window or ventilation. Despite my complaint, the room was not changed. In order to get some air, I slept with the door open towards the hotel lobby. Wifi doesn't work.
