We stayed at this hotel for two nights because availability was scarce due to a last minute booking. Our room at the second floor in the courtyard was very old and small, the bathroom was clean though, however the rooms are in need of a renovation. The staffs were very helpful, the breakfast was adequate, the hotel is five minutes...

We made a family trip to Cusco (13 people), we stayed in La hosteria de Anita for four days. The hosteria is well located in the historical center, comfy rooms and good breakfast. Good price-service deal.

I am definitely not one to complain because I don't want people to think I am a spoilt traveller, but I have to say that our few days here were a very mixed bag. First off, I have to say that the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was of a decent standard. Our frustrations started on...

My wife and I had a very pleasant 4 night stay in Cusco last October at the Hostal de Anita of the Amaru Group. Upon arrival, we were nicely surprised to be picked up promptly by the free transfer service as we were exiting the Airport after immigration, etc. i.e. our paid transfer did not even show up while we...

Back in February 2015 I reserved two rooms for 4 nights for our party of 4 to stay at Hosteria de Anita during the 2016 New Years Eve holiday - that's over 10 months before arrival. However, I was tremendously disappointed to be given among the worst rooms in the whole place, and the desk agent refused to accommodate my...

Location is not that far from the center/Plaza de Armas, just a 15-minute walk. It is in a good neighborhood but with a lot of stairs leading to the property. Staff were very helpful especially when we needed help with our already-purchased bus tickets for our onward journey. The ladies who serve breakfast are also very nice. Rooms are okay...

If you are carrying many bags with it could be kind of difficult to get to the Hosteria, you have to go through many stairs to reach to the entrance of the place. The rooms are quite good, and the service and breakfast was great too.

I stayed at La Hosteria de Anita during my trek to Machu. I stayed before our trek for several days (Jun 24-Jun 27) and returned after MP trek from (July 1-July3). I must say that this hostel was a great place to stay, with breakfast included. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. I'm 46 yrs old and...

We have stayed here twice. The garden area is lovely, the breakfast reasonable (communal setting with two large tables) and the rooms are okay- the upstairs once much better than the lower floor ones stuck in the shade. What did not impress us was the service. They offer a pick up service and didn't meet us at the airport. Fortunately...
