Mamasara is a great find in Cusco. It is too new to be in the guidebooks, but I am sure it will be soon - we found it off all the other reviews on trip advisor and after seeing their website and good rates, we booked. The place does not disappoint. The manager Jorge picked us up himself at the...

this hotel is a hidden gem; a 5-10 minute walk up a gentle incline from the plaza de armas (cusco central). the staff are great!. special kudos to allesandra. i arrived here from the sacred valley feeling quite ill- the room was cold (space heater on, but not working), reasonably quickly a new space heater was brought to the room....

This was a great hotel! It was beautiful, clean, and had the best staff. Our room was clean and had ample space. Bathrooms were very nice, and the shower was great, too. We honestly couldn't have asked for more. They allowed us to check in early morning, as our flight arrived early, and they were so accommodating with everything. The...

My husband I stayed at this hotel by chance. They even gave us a free night because they had just opened. We arrived there three days after they opened. We came back really early one morning from Puno around 4am and they did not charge us extra. I couldn't believe they allowed us to check in that early. They even...

My boyfriend and I stayed here during our stay in Cusco. We loved this charming place! The rooms were spotless, the service was impeccable, and although it wasn't right in the center of Cusco it was only a 5-10 minute walk to get there. You can take a cab to the center for 2-3 soles, but the walk is rather...

Our stay at Hotel Mamasara was a surprising gift of luxury at an extremely affordable rate. This new, modern hotel has excellent personal service with deep caring attention given to all who stay there. The rooms and entire hotel are beautiful and spacious with cathedral ceilings throughout. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Heaters in every room keep you toasty on...

Granted the hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and it's only $1 to get to the main square of Cusco in a taxi.....BUT. The packs of wild dogs that sit outside the hotel barking all night doesn't really assist in a good nights sleep, I complained to the reception desk and was met with "what can I do?" Well...

My husband and I couldn´t believe our luck when we booked into the MamaSara. Luxury hotel at an affordable price. The hotel is brand new and we were spoilt rotten! As Cusco was our last port of call after a year´s travelling we wanted something a little special. The MamaSara ticked all the boxes. Beautiful designed rooms with local artwork....
