Stayed here with G Adventures before and after Lares Trek. Hotel is surprisingly good once inside, lovely atrium. Rooms are pot luck re facilities but all similar furniture, decor and bathrooms. Stayed in 101 first night, literally off the lobby. The noise was dreadful - screaming groups of teenagers and Americans who can't speak without sharing their conversation with the...

Overall my stay there was average. Pretty good breakfast though. It's hard not to ignore the fact that I was ripped off for a cab to the airport. The front desk staff was pretty nice. I stated on the first floor and the room was clean I slept well and the water pressure and temperature was pretty good.

This place has a very good location in Cusco, there are several attractions that you can visit on foot if you stay here. The Hotel service is good, nothing outstanding, rooms are nice you will find everything you need. Avoid booking rooms close the streets, some nights there are lot of noises. When you arrive to the hotel, they will...

This is a nice stay. Average rooms, bathrooms small stuffy and hot not much ventilation, have lots of cost lounge areas, had wifi, central to city sites, had in house restaurant, breakfast was really nice. Only negative no fridge in rooms hard to find chilled water.

We enjoyed staying here with our group. It was very central to main attractions in Cusco. The beds were super comfortable, with warm blankets for the chilly evenings. Breakfast was substantial and offered a variety of foods. The heating was great too. Wifi was spotty in some rooms, but great in the lobby and sitting areas.

Stayed as part of a G adventures inca trail tour. The rooms were clean, the showers were hot, the breakfast was ok, restaurant serves really good food for dinner. Location was good - ten minute walk from the central square. On a very noisy streets and overall in Peru the rooms don't have great sound proofing or insulation so consider...

I stayed at the Prisma Hotel de Cusco at the beginning and end of my trip to Peru. Both times the rooms were clean; the showers hot and the mattresses very firm, which was greatly appreciated after the long Lares Trek. My only complaint was the first night when I was placed in a room on the first floor facing...

We stayed here at the start and end of our G Adventures trip and were pleasantly surprised after reading some negative reviews on here. The hotel is quite big by Cusco standards, with a big atrium and rooms split over five or six floors. Our twin room (419) was spacious and had a good bathroom with large, decent shower which...

We stayed there 3 nights on our way to and back from Inka Trail as part of G adventures tour. Location is good but noisy. Rooms are basic but decent and mostly clean. Staff was ok. Breakfast was ok with good variety.

Here are my top tips about this hotel: 1- I booked on line because the price was within my budget and reviews are consistent about the fairness on the value price 2- Reception staff and bellboys were attentive, friendly and courteous. Restaurant staff was more cold-hearted 3- I booked 2 nights, left for one night in Machu Pichu and came...
