We stayed here before and after hiking the Inka Trail. Our room was a little warm and our shower head was blocked by minerals, but otherwise clean and we felt safe. The proximity to Plaza de Armas and other historic attractions is good. We stayed in a different room after our hike, and the shower was quite nice and everything...

This is a basic but clean hotel in a good location for walking into the main part of town. We stayed here before and after hiking the Inca Trail and the room we were given before the trek was much nicer than the one we were in after the trek. It seems as though some of the floors have been...

The hotel is basic as many reviews describe. The beds are comfortable which is key for me. However, after trekking the Inka Trail my husband and I dropped off our laundry. We were told it wasn't necessary to add a description of dropped off items at the time. I did, however, count 23 items. I received 22 back. My $98...

A nice hotel to stay at if it is in your budget or it is part of your tour like it was for us. Very good location for access to the main parts of town, clean rooms, good wifi and luggage storage. The breakfast is ok. I'd recommend starting with the muesli and juice and waiting for the fresh rolls...

Totally fine, basic accommodation. Stayed here on g adventures tour (I think g adventures fills at least 50% of the hotel at any given point). Rooms are clean enough and up to date enough, beds are fine, hit or miss on wifi access in your room (can always get it downstairs). Definitely thankful for the hot shower post inca trail....

we stayed on the 4th floor and although the room was very clean and quiet, it was a bit compact- not much space for your belongings- the balcony and view were very good. The hotel is in a good central location and the staff are helpful. Our minor niggles were there was no hairdryer and the drinks bar was not open all...

Stayed here with G Adventures tour. Room was OK, breakfast was adequate if you like pasta for breakfast. Very noisy in the wee hours, especially on the weekend. Nice lobby with places to sit in big open space.

Booked to this property by our tour company. Greeted with a cup of tea while we waited for our keys. The rooms vary but overall adequate. Our second visit after the Inca Trail was a larger room with a balcony. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of breads, fruit, cheese and meats.

Perfectly adequate hotel that will meet your basic needs before and after a tour. Rooms were clean but basic. Breakfast was bread, cereals and meat - nothing special. It has a couple of PCs if needed. It is a good location for seeing the sights of cusco.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in total before and after doing the Machu Picchu trail. Looks good on the outside but boy what an eye opener. Rooms really need a good clean, carpets are disgusting. Breakfast is one to miss unless you want to pay extra for eggs. Cafe nearby does an excellent breakfast for around 10 soles....
