We stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was spacious, bathroom was tiny, but adequate with lots of hot water. A quiet courtyard was appreciated and the breakfast was simple but tasty. Great location, close to town centre and tourist attractions. Staff at reception were friendly, helpful and the girl on duty during the day spoke English. All in all this...

Good very centrally located hotel behind the St. Catelyns monastery. The best rooms are at back located around a porch where two turtles stroll around. Breakfast is included and can be enjoyed on the roof.

It's located a walking distance from the central square plaza, all amenities and the room was very comfortable and the facilites looks brand new! Breakfast was included and it had a wide option from cold to hot breakfast. Strong wifi signal. Highly recommended. I would come back here again. Thank you for your hospitality and attention.

I thoroughly enjoyed my days at Las Torres de Ugarte. My room was very comfortable, overlooking the beautiful courtyard garden. The location is very convenient, just a few steps from the Santa Catalina convent. Everyone was helpful and friendly - I arrived in the morning, tired and jet-lagged, and was immediately offered a cup of tea and a welcome chair...

Great place to stay in Arequipa, really friendly and helpful in answering my queries which I emailed across. Secure hotel and also arranged taxi pickup from the airport. Lovely outside area and breakfast was good to, again with helpful and friendly staff. Although one receptionist struggled with English she still made sure she could help us Good location for the...

Las Torres de Ugarte was perfect for my stay in Arequipa. The staff was attentive and able to recommend good spots to visit and eat, depending on time of day (especially given the festivities that were going on while I was there at the end of August). Everything was quite close-by, which was definitely an added bonus. Comfortable rooms, nice...

The place is very beautiful and has the old town feel. For the price that we paid, the location is close to restaurants and the main square with good breakfast. They kept our luggage when we went to the 2 day trip and agreed to swap breakfast time for us. The room is big and clean. Overall, great value.

This was my favorite hotel while visiting Peru. I loved the little courtyard with the turtles roaming about. Our room was small but big enough for the two of us and all our backpacking gear. Very cozy and clean. It was an excellent location for visiting the monastery, walking around the beautiful plaza and nearby plenty of delicious restaurants. The...

What an excellent place to stay. An oasis of calm in bustling city. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were superb with a lovely little garden area outside. Arequipa a great city with amazing restaurants and this is the place to stay.

Las Torres de Ugarte is a charming place to stay. The staff go way above and beyond the necessary to make guests feel welcome, and the setting is charming and very well located. Try to avoid the room at the top of the stairs, where you can hear the door chime and entry buzzer every time a guest enters. But...
