Our room was a bit stuffy, so I thought I'd open a window. After a while, I realized there were no windows in the room, only an air vent in the bathroom. Not a great place to spend the night. The breakfast buffet was also a little lacking.

An easy two-block walk to Plaza de Armas, the hotel is close to the action and convenient to amenities. Room was spacious, bright, clean and airy overlooking the patio and a view of Misti. All staff were helpful and contributed to a very pleasant stay. Food is good, hot water is plentiful, internet access excellent.

The hotel is located near the center of arequipa (5 min walk to historical center). Very good and modern hotel, very good breakfeast, nice big rooms, nice helpfull staff, panoramic terrace on top, only a lot of noise from the street.

We stayed there for 2 nights in a new part at the back of the garden. The room was nicely decorated and had a good bed and bathroom but constructionwork all day was annoying. Also the room was dusty, I think also due to constructionwork. Staff didnt seem to be interested in us at all when we came for breakfast,... More

The hotel was OK. My wife thought it was nice but I felt it was lacking in a few areas. Simple things like no drinking glasses in our room are examples of where they are missing the boat. There are also no water bottles available in the room. You need to go to front desk for water. Room was clean.... More

My room was spacious and bright. The bed covers could have come from a magazine cover. The towel smelled nice and fresh and were top quality. I was on the up floor and it was really very quite even when traffic got going . My bathroom was very modern and had these really cool side lights that added a touch... More

Towels and over-bedspreads could be cleaner, Preferably without stains. Our main complaint would be that the in-room window connects to the hallway (and could not be closed, as with many windows in Peru). as a result you could hear anyone in the hotel lobby and the opposite hotel rooms, it would have been better if they would have sealed these... stayed in 2 different rooms during out trip to Coca Valley. First night we stayed in the adjacent room to the main hotel, which was older and did not not have good wifi reception. The second night we stayed in the main tower. It was a smoking room but did not cigarette smell. The water did not go down well... More

Stayed here 2 nights. While the staff were friendly, they were not often responsive to our needs. I had to wait for an hour and a half to take a shower (in another room) because there was no hot water in our part of the hotel; I was only made aware of this after having called the reception 3 times.... We stayed here two nights, with a trip to Colca Canyon in between. This was a Jekyl and Hyde of Hotels for us, as the first night was terrible, and the second night was fine. For us it all depended on the room. The first night we had a room over the street which was so noisy we were not... More
