We arrived late in the evening after our plane trip was cancelled out of Arequipa because of poor weather we were advised by our tour guide that it was as a good 3* hotel. What a disappointment initially, we were put in a very cold room which smelt of damp and had NO running water, when we questioned this the...

My kids, friends and I stayed here at the last minute on New Year's Eve. It was the loveliest, cleanest, most natural place we could find in Arequipa. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and nice. Showers are great here, considering Peru has some of the worst showers I've ever experienced. It's within walking distance of all the...

Stayed as part of a tour group, and found the hotel to have a great location and facilities BUT double beds here are the size of a king single and when we tried to move into a "twin room" as per our two sons so that we could get a good nights sleep they wanted us to pay extra... the...

An unusual hotel in that it has excellent grounds with a pool, dining areas and playground. Very comfortable we found it. Excellent for families. A restaurant and bar were good if you didn't want to go out. Very helpful staff

The spacious grounds have beautiful gardens and an outdoor breakfast patio. The breakfast is one of the best we had in Peru. The rooms are spacious clean and quiet. The bathrooms are fitted with showers and are very clean. The location is excellent, just a few blocks to the Plaza de Armas and Monasterio de Santa Catarina. The hotel has...

Just five blocks to Plaza de Armas with lots of shops and laundromats around, it has a good spread for breakfast. The room only has one power point so you need an adapter if you are going to charge more than one device or charger. Very comfy beds

The rooms have both new and old rooms. We have stayed at both types and enjoyed our stay. Rooms are clean & bright. There is courtyard with a pool. Breakfasts are good with fruits, juices, breads, cereals, milk, scrambled eggs & stout coffee you'll need to adjust with hot water & milk. A beautiful garden sits below the breakfast are...

Nice hotel, good atmosphere, kind service. Good breakfast and beautiful outdoor restaurant. Nice garden. Really good location in Arequipa, short walking distance from the city. Rooms small but ok and clean. Big beds. Many stairs but the staff are kind and carry your suitcase up and down without even asking them for help. 😊 I would stay there again
