We stayed here for almost a week in total, and we thought the location was good - between La Mariscal and the old town. Consistently good Wi-Fi and hot water. The lady who owns the place is really nice and helpful, and we were able to store our bags free of charge each time we left for a few days,...

I stayed here in January 2017 and it's a very good hostel but not to meet other backpackers. The rooms and bathrooms are very good. The breakfast is a bit expensive but very good. Location is perfect and the staff is very friendly and helps you with planning your stay in Quito!

Whether you are traveling solo or with a group, this place is perfect. Located close to the local bus stops, great price, clean, and service is great. Ate many meals inside as they have their own small restaurant/dining area. For those needing to stay connected, it's the best wifi I have experienced in months of travel in South America! Would...

Located in between the old city, the party place "Mariscal" and the more upmarket place "La Floresta", it is conveniently located, with simple and clean rooms. A very good option for budget travelers. Just next door, there is a good travel agency if needed.

Solo traveler stayed 5 nights. I walked to the old town most days about 15 minutes. Lively local area. I felt 100% safe in this hostal and pretty safe in the town too! Ecuatoriana in general are a lovely people. The staff at this hostal were all, without leaving anyone out, extremely helpful and polite. There is food on request...

Really good place to arrive in Ecuador. Really friendly and courteous service. We were given useful advice for sightseeing in Quito etc. and had a clean room, but it already got a bit long in the tooth. shared Bathroom. It was ok - nothing spectacular. Breakfast was really good & rich, and, as it turned out later on, it should...

Sandra is a gem! She answered all of my questions before my arrival and arranged my airport pick up and drop off. Always ready with a smile and genuinely kind. The cleaning staff did a super job. Great value for money here. Enjoyed the location very much. Loved being just around the corner to Parque Itchimbia and easy stroll to...

Well located between the old and the new town, we kept coming back to Quito and always booked in to here. Good clean rooms, decent beds and the showers were warm and strong. Highly recommended. Pool table was an added bonus (though it is a bit knackered). Only downside was that the PCs provided for internet access were excruciatingly slow.

I would return to l'Auberge Inn! We stayed there for four nights, loved the breakfast (buffet all you can eat for $3,99) on the sunny terrace away from the street noise ( not too noisy). Try to get a room on the top floor for the best view on Quito, at night or day. The room was very cosy. Free...

Basic but clean room with private bathroom, good bed, and marvellous breakfast! As a smoker I appreciated the patio. They also have a small but fine menu for dinner. Almost all personnel (accept for 1) was very friendly and helpful. Very well located, in between the old and new town- so everything in walking distance. Also a plus: the lovely...
